"Why did you drag me over here? If there's something going on, does it have to be like this?"
Juliet rolled her eyes but felt guilty, not daring to look at Mira Meredith and instead focusing on the leaves falling at her feet.
"Do you think I wouldn't know just because Aria Grant has no clue? That website is yours, isn't it? So are you the one pulling strings behind the scenes?"
Juliet hurriedly covered Mira Meredith's mouth, looking around to make sure there were no cameras nearby Aria's place. If Aria saw this, she would have to think hard about how to explain it.
"I swear, I didn't do any of that, and that's why I'm freaking out! The website is mine, but I didn't do anything, you know that. Stuff gets uploaded by others; it's an open platform. Can I really control what other people do?"
