"Is that so?" Juliet tilted her head while asking George, not with any particular implication but simply because she didn't like the look of him.
It might have been because George Flack's name wasn't pleasant to her, or maybe it was the way George spoke, or perhaps it was just because George and Aria were not getting along and were about to divorce—why should she bother speaking nicely to him?
This was too provocative, especially since it was George's house, so Mira Meredith, who was standing by, couldn't stand it and pinched Juliet directly.
This person was always fearless. It was hard to imagine what it would take for her to restrain herself a bit.
