George Flack actually had one hundred ways to find Aria Grant. He could call Ivy Grant or send a message to Dylan Flack, and if that didn't work, he could even beg his friends to go check on his house.
At worst, he could fly back immediately. With so many options available, George clearly could choose. But George did nothing; he knew he was tired and didn't want to face these issues.
Perhaps Aria had sensed something, which is why she wanted to throw a tantrum like this, but George didn't want to deal with it. He understood that what was perceived was the truth, and he could not change anything.
