Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Pilot.

7 am on the dot was the time when the alarm clock went off. In the bed that was too big for him, a boy groaned as he placed his hand slowly on the alarm clock, turning it off by pressing a button. "That's a first.."

As he came up from under the covers, you could see his apperance. He was japanese yet, seemed like he could pass off as american. With silver hair and holo eyes followed by his faint mustache, he seemed like someone in their mid twenties.

'The birds,..they're chirping a lot this morning. Why is that..' As he started sitting on the side of his bed in nothing but underwear, you could see his complexion. Defined muscles, balanced lower and upper body, he had it all. Even his junk was perfect lenght/width.

'Mondays,.. I hate them, yet love them..' He stood up to reveal a height of 6'0. He was essentially peak human, so everything had to stay peak. He then got ready and went downstairs. He smelt the air of food to which left a warm smile on his face.

"Mom. Goodmorning.." He came up behind her to hug and kiss her on her cheek. "Mh, Goodmorning. You're up early, no?" She was making eggs and bacon with grits as well. "Strange, isn't it? I usually sleep through all 20 of my alarms, but some reason, I didn't.."

He stepped to the side and looked at the food. "Want me to help? It'll be easier if I just.." He waved his hand and the food sped up to being done. "Ichiro Hudson Smith! I told you no powers in the house!" She hit him with the spatula while showing a demonic face.

"M-My bad.." He held his head while reversing the food back to an uncooked state. "Don't use your powers on something small like this. Use them to help people. Be more like your dad, okay...?" He groaned out while sulking over to the couch.

"Dad this, dad that. Dad's never home because of his powers, mom. And besides, I hate helping people if it doesn't benefit me in some way. How does helping people help me?" She sighed and shook her head.

"Makes you feel good, doesn't it?"

"No mom. Women and money make me feel good. Everything else is, and I repeat, irrelevant."

"Oh, son. How can we be so different? I don't know who you got it from.." He shrugged as he turned the tv on. "Put some damn clothes on!" She threw the spatula at him while pointing. She emitted some form of aura in the shape of a demon. "Y-Yes.."

He snapped, a school uniform of sorts appearing on his body. "Did you just stop time?" A vein popped from out of her forehead as she held her waist. "M-Me? I would never.." He forced a smile, ultimately causing his mom to sigh.

"What will I do with you? Makes me wonder what other sorts of things you do when using that power.."

He shrugged and turned the news on. "Ah, another shooting in America. And to think you wanted to live there. I guess you could say we...dodged a bullet, wink wink?" His joke got a single chuckle out of his mom.

"I guess we did. You like japanese schools a lot, don't you?" They lived almost everywhere in the world, but America. Too religious for their taste. "Do I? I love them! Girls who can't say coke without it sounding like cock! Girls who are too dumb to know their a school idol! It's a perverts paradise!"

She didn't mind his foul mouth as he can't help but speak his mind. "You just called yourself a pervert, Ichiro. That's not good.." He looked over the couch while shrugging. "I may be a pervert, but I'm still a man. I'll do nothing to harm women. I love them too much for that.."

His mom could have heard a better reasoning, but since it seemed generous, it was enough. "Oh, Ichiro.." She said in a drag, "You're just like your dad in that aspect. Always so caring of me and those around him. I felt lucky when he picked me to have his child.."

She was done cooking now as she handed him a plate of food and orange juice. "Meeting your dad was amazing, but if I had to say what the best moment of my life was,.." She sat down next to him and placed her hand on his head.

"It would be having you. Ichiro, do great things in life. Follow what you believe. Mommy will always support and back you up, okay..?"

He didn't say anything and only continued eating. "I'm going to go get dressed for work, okay? Make sure you get to school on time alright? It's your first day after all.."

He nodded and she got up to go upstairs. "Follow what I believe, huh?" He believed that life should give rewards to those who deserve it. 'I love you, mom. My happiest moments are with you as well..' And like that, he soon finished eating only to go to school.
