[ Task
Find the 'Double-crosser' and be rewarded!

Luna stared at the translucent screen in front of her. Analyzing it.
'Find the double-crosser? Like a traitor?'
She doesn't understand, well sure, there's bound to be a scene like this in every story. But what Luna does not understand is that, it seems as if, things were escalating without her knowing.
'Oh wow, that's exciting! Who can it be?' Aella exclaimed, very much interested about this task; but Luna isn't.
It seems wrong to get suddenly suspicious about everyone around her. She can't do that, especially to her friends.
Wait, friends?
When did Luna start to have such thoughts, well she guessed she's their friend— but what good would that do to her?
It seems like she may have began to feel an essence of attachment with the others, unconsciously.
It's no good, everything here is temporary. All of these people will eventually vanish, she'll probably wouldn't even remember being in this world after completing her goal. This world will soon vanish along with these people, and with her memory.
Tap. Tap.
"You ok?" Ezryn asked, patting Luna's shoulder.
"Uh, yeah, fine." She bluntly replied.
Ezryn nodded then suddenly leans in to her, whispering in her ears. "Is it me or Shiki's angry?"
"What?"
With that Luna discreetly glance towards Shiki who was right next to Ezryn, but she couldn't see his face for he was looking somewhere else.
The time when they all returned to the arena, she did caught a glance of the look he has on his face, although she couldn't exactly whether he was angry or had any emotions even. As far as she recall, Shiki was wearing his usual stoic face.
"Why do you say that?" Luna Whispered back.
"I mean we're not that really close that's a fact, but doesn't his brows looked more arch down than earlier?"
"His brows you say..."
Luna couldn't really assert Ezryn's statement for she couldn't see it for herself. Although, if he says so, then perhaps it's true— it didn't seem like Ezryn was the type to lie.
Well whatever.
Rather than worrying about that, there's more important matter for her to attend to; such as the task.
Luna began to ponder, all she did this day was sit tight and still, walk here and there— so why is there suddenly a task without her doing? A sudden task perhaps? Could be so.
But the previous task she did was connected to a scenario that will happen; such as the masquerade ball— the task appeared when Remus and Shiki asked her to join them. However, this time is different.
'This is ridiculous.'
It was indeed quite a ridiculous occurrence. Luna instantly knew on who to blame— the sloppy creator of this game world. Agapius. It's starting to make her wonder if Agapius was really the creator of this world she's living in currently.
Luna glance upon the white greenish fox that was laying down— Aella. She could always ask this deity about the things she's confused about, but she doubt that Aella would answer her truthfully. It'll more likely for her to give a vague answer.
She sighed as the translucent screen vanished.
The two proctor still hasn't arrived, but someone else did. A woman, someone whom Luna was familiar with.
'Isn't she the woman who examined you after you've awoken from being unconscious?' Aella Remarked.
It was Gillian.
Everyone— especially the boys was wooed by the woman who suddenly appeared in the arena. Wearing a nude colored turtle neck and a black pencil skirt, although it was being overlayed with a lab coat. She had a hair that glitters like a ruby that was tied tied in a ponytail. She was quite a beauty.
Even Luna was awestruck by her. Gillian seems to be more dashing that the last time she saw her. But instead of greeting everyone with a smile, Gillian had a serious expression plastered onto her face.
"Listen up!" She yelled suddenly, enough to make the whole arena go silent. "Today's event is over, it's been declared by the vice principal himself."
Because of Gillian' sudden announcement, the whole arena began to be filled with bewilderment; students had began to ponder about the sudden cancellation of this event. Chatters and whispers echoed through out the arena.
"It may sound so sudden but, it needed to be cancelled immediately, why?" Gillian paused as if directly asking the student if they knew the reason, but of course, they don't; "the principal had arrived."
─────!!!!
Everyone was taken aback from what Gillian had declared.
"Eh! The principal? As in the owner of the academy?!"
"No wonder the event has been cancelled so suddenly..."
"Still, what is the principal doing here unannounced, usually teachers would give the students a heads-up about the principal's visit."
"How unsettling..."
Gillian sighed, witnessing and hearing what students think of this abrupt announcement. Some seem to be excited, confused, anxious and somewhat scared. But she wasn't surprised, for the principal arriving un-announce is really something to be nerve-racking.
When she had decided to leave for she had already fulfill what she was told, her gaze wandered upon a familiar face; a patient of hers not too long ago.
Her dark purple hair somehow stands out in the crowd of students, but perhaps it was her beasts that made her more apparent within in the corner.
Gillian knew that the class in which Luna were in is made up of talented individuals— she could tell in just a glance, some of them may even surpassed the students who are ranked top 5 in the whole academy.
'No... they will no doubt surpassed those seniors and climb at the top.'
This thought made Gillian lips' curved slightly. It has been quite a while since she last saw the students, but seems like she'll be seeing them quite frequently from now, specifically, the Class A.
***
Because of Gillian' announcement, everyone had left the arena and headed straight to their dorms. No teachers were found when they had return to their classes, which ultimately lead them to go back to the dorms, baffled.
When Luna and the others arrived at their dorm, they've decided to gather into the living room.
"I wonder what happened, to think the principal came." Elmira started as she sat down on the carpet.
"Right... it's kind of unsettling how he came unannounced," Remarked Hikari who had sat on the couch. "Oh! I wonder if Rina and Rei knew about the announcement, if not, they'll probably go back to the arena."
"Hmmm...I reckon they'll head straight here."
"Why is that? Wouldn't it be more logical for them to go back?"
"Well, from the looks of it, Rinalyn seemed to be in a really bad shape earlier when they left. I was near them so I'm sure of it, Rinalyn looked like she was about to faint. And knowing Rei, she seems to be like someone who would skip."
"I guess you are right Haha." Hikari and Elmira chuckled.
Luna only listened to the two girls as she remained standing. Her head was clouded, she doesn't know what to even do, all the events that had happened today made her head hurt. Especially with that task. It was a good thing that it didn't had a time limit. She doesn't want to be pressured, and who knows what might happened if she failed.
Well, she knows that if she die once, she'll return to that mark and Agapius had already stated she'll return to the very beginning when she had failed thrice. But Luna is still alarmed by the thought of a punishment along the way.
"Luna?"
It's as if a bubble had been popped when Elmira and Hikari called her in unison. Her train of thoughts had been disturb.
"Ah, sorry. I'll go make us something to eat."
She excused herself without looking at the two. Luna walked towards the kitchen and started to fetch some bread to make a sandwich.
While making the snacks, her train of thoughts started to wander off again.
The task once again came across her mind. Find the Double-crosser. In other words, she needs to find a traitor, but why all of a sudden? Everything doesn't make sense. The task doesn't make sense; to pop-up so suddenly without a certain scenario happening.
It's all too absurd.
