"You… you woke up?... this was fast." A startling voice but Alfin had no surprise written on his face. He has noticed the man's steps on the floor above since he woke up.
And as he expected, it was the face he had seen before. The man that was responsible for bringing the antigen, failed spectacularly and forced Alfin to leave this place.
Which to Alfin's dismay ended in a massive failure.
Looking at the man who now stood in front of him and probably saved his life from eventual death. Alfin asked in a calm tone. "What happened to you?" He reformed the muscles in his broken leg, creating a more lean appearance that won't be too noticeable by others. But his eyes remained on Yelwis. The questions about how he saved him or how he was able to hide were out of Alfin's mind. For the state he found Yelwis in was a bit tragic… and familiar.
