To demonstrate power.
Previously, they moved around in a hurry, which led to neglect of other still mysterious civilizations, allowing them to take advantage of this oversight, and nearly invade Shen's homeland.
So, this time could be seen as reciprocity.
At every new capital planet of a civilization, Shen Congfei would leave a Tyra Door behind.
Of course, this Tyra Door is a result of the Tyra people incorporating technology from various other civilizations, leading to a wonky development of their own technological timeline.
However, strangely enough, this non-orthodox technology proved to be quite difficult to crack by orthodox technological means.
