On the rooftop of an abandoned building covered in green vines, Shen Congfei looked at the mutants in front of him:

Hearing his question, the members of Mutant Elders at the scene all nodded.
They had no choice. The bait Shen Congfei offered was simply too tempting; they couldn't refuse.
