Lillian seems to always have the worst luck when it came to practicing magic, either she failed completely or something wacky would happen. If she wanted to turn a cat to a dog, it would just instead, just start barking! Of course, this didn't stop her from dreaming of becoming a top scoring mage from her class.
"Mom! I'm going to be the most stunning witch of my class!". Stiffling a laugh, Lillian got lifted off the ground and sat onto the counter next to a bowl of cookie dough. "how are you going to do that? you pass all of your classes, even potion making and yet when you cast a spell it still don't work no matter how simple? it's OK to be other things like a baker, or a medicine maker". "But mooooooooom!" exclaimed Lillian "It's booooooring to be a medicine maker", her mom sighed, and replied "I guess your dad is boring then!". Lillian scrunched up her face because she new her dad was ANYTHING but boring.
"Mom, I've heard of something called a crystal ro-". Her mom shushed her urgently, "we don't talk about that! It's forbidden! Now go to school, and don't bring it up again!". Lillian's emerald eyes darkend and fell to the ground.
