"What do we do now?" mike asked.
"We have to find a way to get out of here" I replied.
"Maybe if we scream somebody will come"
"I don't think it's a good idea"
"Oh come-on let's try" He said and started to scream, after a minute i said "it's not helping mike"
"Right"
"Let's see if the back door is open" He suggested, I nodded and we went to check.
"Yes, its open"
"You are a genius mike" I said.
"I know" he said and we both chuckled even if there was nothing for me to smile.
I am having this certain thoughts which I haven't had before, I am not able to express it. IDK why.
we escaped from that house.
"Who you think could have locked us?" He asked.
"I don't know, but they might be on to us. so we better get going back to the camp" I said.
"What about your friends? what if they are also locked-
"Kids...." Someone screamed interrupting mike.
"I found them" It's our counsellor, she said she found them, Ellie and paws.
I felt a relief deep inside my abdomen and I felt really frustrated too.
"Where were you guys, I've been searching for you guys for hours and we got 'locked in' in a haunted house"
"Really?" the counsellor asked. Ellie and paws were not looking at me, they are not even feeling guilty for making me uncomfortable. They have plans I guess.
"What is up with you guys, come on, open your mouths and speak" I said..
"You don't care about us, You don't care about our friend ship, then why should we talk to you" Paws said. From the first day of this fight paws is the only one speaking, Ellie is keeping quiet , with a sad face.
"I do care, And you are the only one who is having jealous, Ellie is keeping quiet. why are you controlling her. let her live her own life as she wants. stop being bossy" I said and after spitting out the 'y' of bossy I thought that this rant was not needed. Why this happens to me only....
"I am not controlling anybody, you are the one bitching about us to some stranger, you thinks that-
"Now you are controlling my thoughts" I interrupted paws.
"Fine! I am the maddest, bad, bossy in the group. So maybe I should leave, But remember we came here to be together, don't forget it" paws shouted and walked off.
"You can be with me Ellie, I think you understand. From 6 years old, You guys are my best friends. We all did what we 3 liked. When I met mike, I suddenly remembered I love theater, I love writing and directing. I love what am doing now. I never thrown you guys out. You guys was and are my best friends. I am sorry that I was not able to tell you guys first about theater. Am sorry" I said and tears fell out of my eyes.
"You don't have to be sorry to me. As you said from 6 years old we are friends. now we are 13. All these years we was together. Nobody came as a newbie. That's why paws is upset. She thought she was going to lose one of her bestfriend, I know it will not happens. what you said to me, If you said it to paws maybe this fight haven't lasted this much. There's still time" she said and ran, I noticed she is also crying.
"where did you find them?" Mike asked to the counsellor.
"They were fishing, come on let's go" counsellor said and we all walked back to the camp.
