Chapter 1 - Skeletons= Bone Spike

I watched as countless of my friends died in front of my eyes. Agony filled the atmosphere as the screams echoed around the scene. The Monster had arrived. His figure was 8 feet tall and had gigantic claws. There was nothing I could do, my powerless body stood there paralyzed. What did he become?

Suddenly, the monster stared deep into my soul and sounded a deafening screech. Trembling in shock I attempted to escape the burning landscape. "Crunch, Crunch," the sticks crumbled against my feet as my desire and will to escape grew. Out of nowhere the file beast dashed at me. All hopes were gone. "It turns out my life was worthless." I muttered to myself.

"Swizzle...

Swizzle."

Flames began to pop and a liquid fell into the floor. A cape glided across the air and a muscular mage took a proud pose. The burnt corpses of the monster vibrated chaotically like a mad man. Bloody bones teared the skin's apart and rushed towards me.Before I could even react, the bones infused to my body. I felt a surge of power rush through my veins. This was the power of a monster!

My eyes glew green as my clothes burst from the pressure of my muscles evolving. I stood up and went on a rampage across the forest. He threw his fist towards me and I was instantly knocked out cold. A breeze attacked me and my muscles tensed.

...

I layed in a bed that was neatly arranged with machines that sorrounded me. The smell of old clean floors, walls and ceilings filled my every breath. I was in a hospital!

The same muscular mage that saved my life stood in a chair next to me. He began to talk,"Kid you have potential, if I was you I would join the saviour association."

I was shocked the... the saviour association. Wasn't that the association filled with abnormal heroes. I nodded my head and sided my head to the opposite way of him. A few moments later, he exited the room and left me alone. Suddenly, I felt tingles tensing my muscles. Threatened by my muscles, I whined quietly in the room. After the pain was gone, I quietly thought about my future and what would happen next.

...

2 weeks had past since the muscular mage visited me. When I finally left the hospital I did something I never thought I would think about doing. TRAINING. I was determined to conquer my power and become the ultimate being. He had to find out what he had become.

...

The training field was dusty and looked like a wasteland. Energy circulated the field spreading around causing a magical atmosphere in the site. The place looked like an ancient gladiator stadium used by Roman in the olden days. There were two entrances to the field both large with a strong magical shield to protect any energy attacks from escaping the fields.

While I started thinking about what to do, I saw a green door that looked to be hiding something suspicious. I forcefully opened the massive door which led me to a room with books, a library. Curious, I began to scavenge around the room finding spellbooks that didn't really interest me. After a while I found a statue of someone that was holding a book that peeked his interest. He seized the book from the statues hands and exited the structure. Examining the book I found out that the name of the book was skeletons and it was a spellbook written by a evil warrior that fought in the war of the Five Great Nations. I began learning the first skill in the book.

Bone Spikes= Releases a series of sharp spikes towards the opposing group which as a result impales them.

...

After nearly a month of continuous training in both physical and magical improvement. I felt happy for myself but not fulfilled. He had to learn all the spells and become the best warrior. My next step to become stronger could only be accomplished if he grew in every possible way. Because if he were to become a strong magician if someone approached me in close combat I wouldn't have a chance of winning since that was their speciality. Fortunately, the next spell was a combat art skill that required a person with a good physic.

Immediately, I began doing countless amounts physical improvement methods which included thing like: Push ups, Sit ups, Burpees etc. The skill was locked by chains because the requirements were invalid. The only thing he could do now was relax.

...

A week later, I was minding my own business when suddenly a barbarian-looking guy suspiciously approached me. He began shouting at me, "What's a low-level person like you doing here!"

I merely glanced at him before I responded to him,"Huff..."

Angry, the melee fighter dashed at me with a blood-thirsty look in his face. His reflected pure fire in his soul. I expected this from someone so I quickly parried his attack. Unscaved, I threw my fist towards his face which resulted on him getting sent back by 10 yards away from me. The brute's eyebrows knitted as his face signalfied that he was angry. Me and him continuously clashed fist.

The winner could easily be identified by a kid it was obviously me. I didn't have any more time to continue this pointless fight so I decided to finish it quickly. As if I had been doing it for ages I performed a technique.

I avoided his attempts to assault and I reached for the floor and muttered,"Bone Spike"

An army of sharp bone spikes escaped from the ground. It charged at the brute before finally impaling him. Luckily, I hurt just enough for him to pass out. I retreated from the scene to not cause any trouble.

I didn't want to cause trouble or else more people will challenge me. And if I did that I would later on provoke an elder or a lord. He just had to continue training.
