"I'm sorry for what happened last night," said Aryan between his footsteps following Jihan's steps in front of him.
"No, it's not necessary," said Jihan as well. "I know you're just panicking because you just had a bad dream. So, yeah… just forget it."
"Once again, thank you. You saved me."
"Don't be too much," Jihan looked back, she smiled at the pair of eyes behind the mask. "I couldn't have let you suffocate in the water, could I?"
Aryan tried to smile even though he doubted that the girl would be able to see his smile. Then his gaze fell on the beautiful little bird that occasionally perched on Jihan's shoulder, or sometimes flew merrily around the two of them.
"Hmm, I didn't see anyone in the hut earlier," said Aryan. "Forgive my impudence, but, are you not afraid to live alone in the middle of the wilderness like this?"
