Niluh Tantri smiled. Like father like son, she thought. "Yes, kind of," she said.
"Aah," Abdi Kencana smirked, his gaze as if touching the body of the woman in front of him. "That's great!"
"But, isn't this excessive?"
"Excessive?"
"I think you understand, don't you?" Niluh Tantri shrugged her shoulders. "You are handsome, dashing, and still young. As for me, you must understand that I'm much older even than your father."
Abdi Kencana laughed at Niluh Tantri's words. To him, it was tantamount to a refusal.
"Very well," said the king. "Maybe you don't want to go to the fishing village at the southeastern end of my territory, I guess."
"Your Majesty," Niluh Tantri immediately bowed.
The woman quite understood that the young king's words were a threat that she should not play with him. With her refusal to be copulated by the king, it meant that she and her disciple would not get permission to enter Angholi any further, perhaps even be expelled from the country immediately.
