As Obito stands between the Raikage and the Tsuchikage, his Mangekyou Sharingan glares at them. His hand reaches towards Ay, "Now then... your hand will heal inside Konoha's advanced medical facilities." He says,
Obito grabs hold of the Raikage, and the air begins to ripple, forming a swirling portal into Kamui.
Swoosh...
Swoosh... Out of nowhere, Kurotsuchi leaps into action. She makes her head seal quickly, "Earth Style: Falling Earth Spears!"
Instantaneously, the earth responds to her command, erupting into sharp, jagged spears aimed directly at Obito, threatening to impale him from below. The attack is precise, designed not just to injure but to disrupt Obito's focus, to tear him away from taking Ay.
Behind her, Darui forms his hand seals, "This ends now!" he declares, releasing the pent-up energy.
The lightning crackles through the air, a deadly counterpart to Kurotsuchi's earth-based assault, aiming to ensnare Obito in a web of electrified energy.
"Lightning style: Black Lightning!"
A crackling noise erupted as a giant panther, made purely of lightning, flashed toward Obito, forcing him to let go of the Raikage and use Intangibility.
The spears crumble, and the lightning dissipates as they pass harmlessly through Obito's intangible body. Yet, this defense comes at a cost. The effort to avoid the combined attacks disrupted his plan. The Raikage, still within Obito's grasp, finds himself grounded again, spared from being whisked away into Obito's dimension.
Obito wipes his head, feeling a slight pinch, 'For only a moment, during Darui's attack, I felt my Mangekyou Sharingan turning off by itself...' He looks at his hand and sees a little blood.
Obito scans the area, trying to see what or who caused the slight disruption of the Mangekyou.
In the tense aftermath of evading the lightning panther's assault, Obito steadies himself, his Sharingan scanning the surroundings with vigilance. The air still hums with the residual energy of the attack, a silent testament to the close call. Obito's mind races, attempting to pinpoint the source of the strange phenomenon that momentarily canceled his dōjutsu.
From a distance, Yui Uzumaki watches the fight, smirking underneath her mask and wiping the blood from her eyes. "Let's give the leaf a small taste of what's to come." She reaches into her sleeves and removes two red spherical balls. Then she throws them into the ground, forming hand seals, "Summoning... Kuroganebi."
Shhh... a simmering sound resonates from the ground. The tiny orbs she threw melted and burned into the ground, releasing red smoke.
Grrr...
The sound of a terrifying growl echoes, crackling through the air.
Obito narrows his eyes, seeing birds swarming out of the trees as if they were running away from something.
Suddenly, Obito's eyes widened as he recognized a spike in chakra from the ground. He jumped back to dodge as a sudden eruption from the ground, a pale arm coated in the earth, went to punch him, missing by inches alone.
The figure's silhouette becomes more apparent as it grows to cover the moonlight, revealing its proper form. It stands taller than a mountain, its snake-like body a swirling mass of dark chakra and sinister intent. Its single eye, void of any discernible emotion, locks onto Obito with a predatory gaze.
"Attack! My children!" Yui yells, raising her hands.
The Kuroganebi rushes towards Obito with ferocity, collecting the earth and trees as it moves towards him,
Obito, though taken aback by the sudden appearance of this creature, doesn't let his guard down. 'So this is their plan? To use this... thing against Konoha.' He pulls his sleeve down, revealing an active seal inside his arm.
'I won't let this get far!' Obito makes hand seals in the 'Wood style: wooden dragon jutsu!'
Two gigantic dragons erupt from the ground, wrapping themselves around the beast. "Roar!" It roars out of desperation and anger as it's unable to move.
Obito teleports above the beast and leaps into the air while rapidly making hand seals, 'Fire style: Majestic destroyer flame!'
A gigantic eruption of fire blazes the entire creature, swallowing it in flames and fusing it with the wood dragons.
'That should do it...' Obito thinks as he still soars in the sky.
Boom!
A sudden force pummels Obito, chucking him in mid-air and crashing into the forest.
"Rooaaar!!!"
Even as it was engulfed in flames, the giant creature managed to swing its tail, essentially punching Obito through the forest.
It began moving towards the rubble created by its sheer force. It slowly followed Obito's tracks. As it moved, the flames it was engulfed in began to vaporize, creating another layer of defense as if it were absorbing them whole.
Obito was struck so hard in the middle of the forest that he created a hollow canyon, training towards multiple shattered trees.
Obito was stuck within one of the trees and had a fallen tree on top of his body.
"Argh!"
'That's the second time I've been hit using Kamui.' Obito removes the tree from his body and sees his hand falling apart. 'The Hashirama cells used to create this... they're falling apart.' He holds a log and pulls himself up.
Rumble...
The ground rumbles for a moment,
'It's too quiet...'
Boom!
The Kuroganebi emerges from the ground, catching Obito within its jaws!
"Aah!" Obito yells in pain as he's slammed into the ground.
"Wood style!" Spikes grow from his body, piercing the beast's mouth and forcing it to open in pain.
With this opportunity, Obito jumps out, throwing explosive kunai inside as he teleports into Kamui.
Boom!
A massive explosion inside the Kuroganebi's mouth. Yet it quickly returns from being dazed, with Obito still inside Kamui.
Obito lies inside Kamui's dimension. 'I can't get through its defense. It does not even have a scratch on its body, but whenever I damage it, its skin repairs and adapts to my techniques. This doesn't apply to the exterior alone, but to the interior, too.' He clenched his chest, covering the bleeding.
'And then there's Kamui. I couldn't use it as I was about to take the Raikage, but again, as I faced this creature, it happened twice, leading to this and other wounds.
It's possible that the Uzumaki woman's Mangekyou technique cancels other Mangekyou techniques. She's been manipulating the fight from afar, too.
This creature... it's one of the ones Ryuu talks about when talking about ancient Uzumaki creations.
As he slowly gets up, Obito questions himself on what to do next, "I don't... have enough... chakra..." he mutters,
His hand, which had completely fallen off, still leaked Hashirama cells. "My best option is to return to Konoha and report my findings. Still, I doubt we'll stand a chance against that thing even with reinforcements." A portal begins to open, whoosh...
'Ryuu... where are you?' He questions as he steps into the portal, finding himself within Konohagakure's main hospital.
Obito limps; each step is heavy and weakens him. As he searches for a doctor, he passes many patients who stare at him wide-eyed.
"No way... that's Obito Uchiha." A kid recognizes him.
Obito was too tired and wounded to notice or look back.
"Obito!" He hears a familiar voice behind him,
Obito turns and sees Rin. He grins forcibly and closes his eyes. "Finally..."
As his eyes close, Obito collapses, falling unconscious.
