A few hours later, Ryuu teleported to one of his hideouts.
A man stood in front of him, staring out of the corridor, his back turned as his Uchiha crest stood out beneath his long hair,
"I was thinking you weren't coming." He said,
"What? You got lonely without your sensei?"
Shisui turned around with a smile.
Shisui had grown out his hair in these last few years, his curly hair was now the height of his shoulder.
"I have a mission for you." Ryuu gave some documents to Shisui.
Before reading it, Shisui guessed what it was,
"Another assassination?"
"No, this one is simple surveillance."
"Simple surveillance gives an S-rank paycheck? Consider me an Anbu from this day onwards."
"This mission is top secret and incredibly important to me, you know?"
"You want me to do surveillance on him?!" Ryuu nodded.
"You're in the best position to do this since, you know…
You're dead."
"Makes sense." Ryuu smiled.
"Thanks." Ryuu gave Shisui a fist bump and teleported back to Konoha with him.
Ryuu teleported Shisui to the outskirts of Konoha, no one else was there.
"Alright, I gotta go, see you later, Shisui."
Ryuu teleported back to Konoha, he was outside the academy, Naruto and Sasuke ran towards him, racing again.
"Big brother!" Ryuu waved at them.
"You actually came?" Naruto asked.
"Naruto said you wouldn't show up, I tried to tell him that you would, but he didn't listen."
"Of course I did. I'm a man of my word, aren't I?
Now come on, let's go already."
Ryuu walked with them and took them to Rikuto's House.
Knock knock!
"Big brother! It's me, open up!"
Rikuto opened the door.
"What's up, Ryuu!" Ryuu greeted his elder brother.
"Ryuu, I haven't seen you in a while, how've you been?"
"Great, sorry I couldn't come to see you, I've been busy, you know."
"Yeah…" Rikuto looked at Naruto and Sasuke standing beside Ryuu.
"Oh, Naruto, Sasuke, this is Rikuto, he's my elder brother."
"Pleased to meet you, I'm Rikuto Uzumaki."
"No way, you're an Uzumaki too?" Naruto asked, interrupting his handshake with Sasuke,
"You loser, Ryuu, is half Uzumaki. It only makes sense that his brother is an Uzumaki. You live with him, how could you not know this? You're such an idiot."
"Quit yelling, I knew that already!"
"If you knew that, then why did you ask such a stupid question?"
"Well, I-
Forget it, you know!"
Rikuto smiles seeing their behavior.
"He's just like them." Ryuu nodded.
"Yeah, he reminds me of them every day."
"What are you guys talking about?"
Sasuke asked.
"Just two brothers catching up, that's all."
Ryuu entered Rikuto's House.
"Where's Nakamura?"
"She's at the cave, she hasn't been feeling well."
"Oh… I see…"
"Big brother, who's Nakamura?"
"Nakamura is our wolf."
"Our?" Rikuto mockingly asked.
"Nakamura obviously likes me more, haven't you seen how quickly she rushes towards me when I call her?"
"Right…
Like she'll ever forget her savior." He says proudly.
"Anyway, I came to ask for a favor."
"Anything for my little brother." Ryuu smiled.
"I need you to make two weapons for these guys."
"Woah! Big brother, are you serious?!"
Ryuu nodded.
"Two weapons, huh? That'll be a little expensive, you know."
Ryuu smiled.
"You're kidding, Rikuto, I pay for every piece of equipment in your cave, you know."
"I'm only kidding, stop exposing me like that."
"You should be honored that I care about you like that, you know."
"I am, I'm proud of my little brother, so proud that I've decided to give you a 1% discount plus a gift that I've been working on for a while."
"Forget about the 1%, what gift do you have for me?" Ryuu asked excitedly.
"Don't worry about that, just trust that you'll like it." Ryuu nodded.
"Well, I'm on my way to my training grounds, I want to teach these two some ninjutsu.
Will you join us?"
"I should get started with those weapons."
"Right.
I'll take you to your cave." Rikuto nodded.
Ryuu teleported to his cave and back in an instant.
After that, Ryuu walked with Naruto and Sasuke to his training grounds.
"Alright, Sasuke, Uncle told me he already taught you the Uchiha Fireball jutsu. You mastered it in one week, that's amazing."
"No, it's not, father said you mastered it in one try and still, mine was nothing compared to yours."
"Every ninja goes at their own pace, don't compare yourself to others, the only thing you should be doing is to never give up, and learn from other's mistakes."
Sasuke nodded.
"So anyway, I want to teach you another fire-style jutsu.
It's called, Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu.
I taught Itachi this while he was a little younger than you."
"Really? Big brother knows this too?" Ryuu nodded with a smile.
"Hey, what about me?!" Naruto asked.
"I was getting to you, be patient, first allow me to show Sasuke how it's done."
"Right…" Naruto folded his arms and watched Ryuu and Sasuke.
"Sasuke, these are the hand signs for it."
Ryuu made the hand signs and Sasuke watched.
Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger.
Sasuke repeated the hand signs.
"Got it?"
He nodded.
"Now watch, the better you get at this, the bigger and faster your fireballs will get."
Ryuu made the hand signs.
"Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu!"
Ryuu sent a volley of fireballs toward the water.
The small Fireballs collided with the water, creating minor explosions.
Shhhh…
Steam rose from the water.
"As you can see, the jutsu makes small incredibly fast, and sometimes smaller fireballs towards the enemy, this is slightly more dangerous than the Fireball jutsu, because I can control it, directing it to wherever I want, and I can also add shurikens to give more damage.
You'll need to train hard to master this one, but I'm sure you can do it."
Sasuke stepped up to the bank of the lake.
He did the hand signs.
"Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu!"
Multiple smaller fireballs shot toward the water, creating smaller explosions as they hit.
"Good job, Sasuke.
Practice more and they'll become much better, alright?" Sasuke nodded.
"That was so awesome, big brother! Teach me a jutsu just like that!"
"Well, for you, Naruto, I have the perfect jutsu just for you.
Come with me." Ryuu walked on the water and went to the middle of the lake.
"Big brother, can't we just do this on land? I don't know how to walk on water yet, you know."
"That's why I'm training you right now.
Once you both master this learning, other ninjutsu will be so much easier.
You already know how to walk on walls and trees, now try it on water."
"So Sasuke is doing this too?"
Sasuke looked at Ryuu.
"We're learning how to walk on water?"
After a brief number of instructions, Ryuu started showing them how to walk on water.
"Remember, don't focus too much chakra on your feet, or else you'll both shatter the trees, and don't put too little, or else you'll fall off. Good luck, I'll be back later."
"Shadow clone jutsu!" A clone appeared.
Ryuu waved his hand before vanishing into smoke.
Naruto and Sasuke practiced for multiple hours without taking a break, they would pick each other up when they would fall and fail.
Ryuu was having a date with Ichika in a fancy steak restaurant.
"Sorry I'm late, I was teaching Naruto and Sasuke how to walk on water."
"Well, at least you're here. I was worried you wouldn't make it."
"I promised, didn't I?"
Ichika nodded.
Ryuu's cheeks turned red, seeing Ichika in her dress.
"You- you look beautiful."
Ichika was wearing a long black dress with roses rising from her feet to her waist, she parted her hair to the right.
"Thanks. You're not too bad yourself."
Ryuu had a suit on, a pitch-black suit, and an expensive watch.
"Thanks."
Ryuu said as he sat down.
"Let's order something," Ryuu called a waiter.
It was only them, Ryuu rented the whole restaurant just for them.
"Hey, I got something for you."
Ryuu reached for something in his pocket.
He removed a letter and gave it to Ichika.
"What is this?"
"Open it."
Ichika slowly opened the letter.
Her eyes widened reading the contents.
"You… did this?"
"I bought the entire land and made sure they changed nothing."
"You bought the entire land?"
"It wasn't much, I didn't even dent our money, plus, wasn't it worth it?"
A tear rolled down Ichika's eye.
"Thank you, Ryuu…"
Ryuu smiles at her and nervously scratches his head.
"No problem, you know."
The waiter arrived with two bottles of expensive wine and two glasses.
He poured the wine into the glasses and Ichika looked at Ryuu with a confused, yet angry look.
"Ryuu, you know I don't drink."
"We both don't, but I have Nobu this time, and you have me.
Come on, just for tonight.
To celebrate."
"Sigh…" Ichika sighed and took her glass.
"Thanks, Mangetsu gave me multiple bottles of expensive wine and I didn't know what to do with them, you know."
Ichika smiled and innocently chuckled.
"What?"
"My father would've liked you."
Ryuu's eyes widened.
"Wow, you think so, Ichika?"
Ichika nodded.
"There's really not much I could say to that."
The waiter came back with two plates of rice and a roasted crab.
"Let's dig in."
Ichika put the letter into her purse.
"Thanks for the food!"
They started eating their dinner.
