That's the last thing I remember before waking up in the hospital.
"Ugh." Ryuu woke up and held his head.
He looked around, trying to identify where he was.
'Was it all a dream?' He tried to stand up.
'I can't stand up, my body feels so weak, it's like I don't have energy at all.
But I have to see my house, I have to see my parents.'
He tried getting up once again.
"You know, you shouldn't be trying to move after all of that, honestly I'm even surprised you have enough energy to move at all, at such a young age you shouldn't be able to move at all after such an injury."
Ryuu's eyes widened as he recognized that voice.
'That voice, it sounds warm and full of joy. I know I heard it somewhere.'
He turned around and looked at his window, outside the window stood a man in his mid-20s with long white hair and red paint pointing down from his eyes.
"Jiraiya-sama, is that you?"
"Hey kid, I'm surprised you even remember me."
'Jiraiya and my father were long-time friends because he was the one that led my father in the war. He became a longtime family friend, and he was like an uncle to me, but he looked different today. He wasn't as energetic as usual, not even a smile on his face.'
There was silence in the room, even with that silence, they both thought the same thing.
"It was all real, wasn't it?"
Jiraiya nodded.
"Everything that happened was not just a dream. My parents are dead."
He started crying again.
'This feeling, my eyes. There's something different about them, I can see so much, does he see it too, or maybe…'
Ryuu looked at Jiraiya.
His expression changed from sadness to being in disbelief.
"Wait, those are... Ryuu, when did you awaken them?"
He picked up a mirror and pointed it at him.
'As I looked in the mirror, I saw my eyes had a crimson color and one tomoe.'
"They look like fathers, that red color, mine is darker than his."
He whispered to himself.
"So that's why you fainted.
You must've used up too much of your chakra in one go, you're a child, so you don't have enough chakra to keep them on."
"But Jiraiya-sama, I'm an Uzumaki, how could I inherit kekkei Genkai from the Uchiha?"
Ryuu asked.
"Huh, you know about kekkei Genkai even before attending a day in the academy?" He couldn't believe it.
"hahaha, you truly are a genius. Hanzo always said you were too smart for your age."
Ryuu nodded.
'Even though I asked him I know my father was once part of the Uchiha clan, he got kicked out cause he fell in love with a girl from the Uzumaki clan, a rival clan, Yuri Uzumaki, my mother.
I wasn't alive back then, but I know she was a pure Uzumaki. After the great nations attacked Uzushiogakure, she fled to Konoha. she was one of the few who survived. She changed her name and used transformation Jutsu in public to change her hair color and opened up a restaurant in Konoha, and that's where she met my father.
After she married my father, she didn't need to change her last name anymore because she took his last name.
Only a few people knew I was part Uzumaki, including Jiraiya and my father's friends.'
"Anyway, from the looks of it, looks like you're fine and you'll be alright if you get some rest, I came here to tell you that the old man needed to talk to you, your mother was very close to him and he won't take this lightly, neither will I."
Ryuu nodded.
"We will do everything we can to find out who did this."
Jiraiya disappeared through the window just as he entered.
He put his head on his pillow and face the ceiling.
'I already know who did this, the one that hated my mother, every time he looked at my mother and me, I felt an icy chill in my spine.
Danzo Shimura, one of the Hokage's oldest friends and a village elder, from my knowledge he was the worst human possible.
If the devil himself took a shit, it would end up being Danzo's father.
Anyway, I have to rest up and heal first, Hokage-sama wants me to meet with him.' he said to himself.
He closed his eyes and tried resting.
He frowned because this thought was bothering his head.
'I always knew things without explanation. I don't know what it was, but even as a newborn
I kind of had memories of another life or visions of what was about to happen. It's what made me 'special' according to mum.
I found it strange, though.
Recently, I feel my visions and memories slowly fading away, or at least they don't come as often as before.
Anyway, I can't think about that right now, I have to heal up and go to the old man's office, he can be a little creepy sometimes.'
Ryuu closed his eyes and slept.
