"We shouldn't have taken her out," Elizebeth said again holding Kyra's hand. If only they had insisted to stay at home, if only she had accompanied her at home. Those thoughts were making her more guilty now.
"She is just a bit weak, Madam." The doctor assured her again checking Kyra's pulse. Adjusting the IV strip, he added with a smile, "Don't worry, she will wake up soon."
"Thank you, Dr. Smith." William bowed at him and gestured for the butler to escort him out.
"Maybe we should take it to a vet now, it looks so pale," Diana who was patting the little frog in her hand worriedly said looking up at her parents.
Elizebeth recalled that horrific scene and sighed out loud looking at Kyra. She had fallen out of the blue and everyone had panicked seeing her state. Along with her even her pet also fell to the ground and was hurt lightly.
