"Mom, no!" Kevin shouted at his phone tearing their stare and Kyra just sighed out loud.
She was excited when she heard the 'girlfriend' word from the other side though it was very low, since Kevin was denying it with a serious face, she had no doubt he was still single like her. For a moment she forgot her pain and was happy that Kevin's curse would be cured since he was in love.
But looking at the frog, she sighed shaking her head. She grabbed her phone and walked back to the kitchen to give him some privacy. It looked like a private family talk the way he seemed to be whispering now and then, so Kyra choose to ignore him as she had her own pile of problems.
Heating up the milk, she grabbed some bread and started chewing it forcefully. The medicine needed to be taken after meals but since she had already gulped it down, her mind was feeling frizzy.
