'We need to help them. Caitlin agreed to help me treat Kado', Thawn said looking at the three.
'Am not going. I need to protect my identity, am a wanted vampire. Can't just show up everywhere like am sort of a heroe. It's a risk am not willing to take just because you wonna return a favour', Daryl said and walked away.
'I will help you', Max said and he looked at Sam. 'You need to stay with Grey, we will be fine', he said patting him.
'Are you sure? Sam asked while staring at his direction as Max nodded and Sam went in. Thawn looked at Max and both nodded to each other.
'I won't force you though, I know he wanted to kill you once. But am here to make things right. We are gonna need each other', Thawn said.
'I'd like to return favours too. And I want to make things right too", Max replied and Thawn nodded once again.
'Thank you', Thawn whispered. 'I like this kid', he thought.

'Fuck you!' Luke screamed as the wire jolted him. The man holding the wire seem not to hear what he said cause his mouth has been gagged.
'Cant hear you boy', the man taunted smiling wickedly while still pressing the wire into Luke.
'Leave him alone! Gina shouted as the man continued pressing the wire against Luke. Xery walked up to her and opened her cloth showing her neck to shoulder, looking at the scar on her neck.
'One is marked. Isn't she?,' Xery scoffed.' he will be here soon', he sneered and motioned for the other man waiting to begin his 'treatment' on Gina too, as he went back to his seat Gina's scream echoes down the dungeon.

Hardy walked into his office and sat down. Then his assistant came in right away. She looked at Hardy for some time and then spoke up.
'Why didnt you let them take over the case?,' she asked.
Breathing out and staring at her, Hardy replied 'I need to solve it. It's a little mysterious, am the head Detective of this town. I think it's time I take it upon myself this time, I need to visit someone very soon', he said and he culked his gun.

Loud screams of pain could be heard from a nearby dungeon and if someone could listen well. It's only the voice of a girl and a boy. Others stared at the victims with dark expressions and some with no expressions at all, some even want to get them over with but they were reminded these victims are family to their boss. But the scene was disturbed when two guys broke in through the roof.
And landing was Thawn and Max.
'You need to let them go?', Thawn said aloud with an annoyed tone. Then a man walked up to the both of them, as he reached a certain spot, he stopped and put his hands behind his back.
'Well well well. Aren't you the predictable ones!?', Xery grinned looking at both of them ignoring what was said earlier.
'I said let them go?', Thawn said with now becoming furious.
'Or what?', Xery asked. 'How'd know they are here?, ohhh scents. Just like dogs, am sure you remember it, don't you?', Xery added looking at Thawn.
'Look, it would be you want not them. I can offer myself for them', Thawn said and sighed. 'I surrender', he murmured.
'Surrender?', Xery scoffed. 'You think I want your surrender. I Want you dead!', Xery shouted and laughed wickedly. 'I took my siblings, I know someone will come for them. But I didnt expect it to be you, you didn't mark her, did you?', Xery asked.
'No, we have no idea what you saying', Max said Thawn sighed in defeat.
'And who do we have here?', Xery asked looking at Max. 'You are here for them too?, I know who you are. My sources are vast in information', Xery said. 'Lets get this over with, right?', he smirked.
Instantly he sprayed mountain ash before them and an arrow was shot at Max who fell and groaned.
'Oh no! Are you okay? This motherf*cker trapped us here!', Thawn released a feral growl. Luke and Gina were shocked to see Max but they didn't know what was to happen next. They knew Thawn was a werewolf but no idea about Max.
Max laid on the floor, bleeding and vomiting black blood. 'You are trapped!,' Xery said laughing wickedly. 'I need you, not him, and I was expecting the Vamp here too!'. He motioned and the men drew their guns ready to shoot. Then a guy whooshed in and stood behind Gina.
Thawn growled and began changing. 'You made a mistake messing with an Alpha! and his eyes shone red. He gave a mighty roar and a wave swept across them making them shift a few meters back.
'You can't part the mountain ash!, You are still trapped! Xery shouted and just then someone can be seen whooshed past him and Gina was cut loose, Luke was also cut loose. Luke summoned all his strength and moved to the mountain ash and parted it.
Oh boy,angry wolf let loose!
Xery groaned internally and all the men gathered around. Gina looked and saw the guy was Daryl, she was shocked and looked at Max who still laid on the floor.
'Do him some help', Daryl said and Gina removed the arrow as Max growled and cut the flesh then Max began bleeding out the black blood.
'You know mountain ash don't weaken me much. Am a vampire, not one subclass of a shit. Am a full blood Vampire and you dare threaten me with mountain ash! Daryl raged and the whole place vibrated. 'You haven't seen anything like me before, trust me' he said and a creepy smile formed on his face.
'You monsters took my sister away from me. I will exterminate you all from this planet! Revenge is my drug, driving me to go this far to get to you. Kill them! Xery ordered and as if a mad dog unleashed Thawn pounced on them.
He grabbed two men and struck them together, after doing he threw them away. Behind him a man stabbed him and he growled in pain, but he slammed the man on the ground and the body was not moving.
Gina and Luke were tending to Max as he continued to bled.
'This is bad', Max panicked but Luke grabbed his head.
'You won't die man. You came for us. It's just that the arrows have been roasted with mountain ash, that is why you are bleeding so much', he said but that didn't calm Max down.
A man was coming towards them, as he reached them the last bit, suddenly he fell down bleeding from the chest and Daryl could be seen not far from him with a bloody organ in his hand. As he was enjoying his moment, an arrow stabbed his shoulder.
'You missed!', He snarled and removed the arrow fuming with anger at the shooter who was far away from the fight scene now.
Xery frowned and cursed internally then took another aim.
Daryl was now occupied with attacks coming from other men but in these he was stabbed again, this time it was in the stomach and he fell. The men saw this as an opportunity to kill him off, the first man tried to slash him off but he was grabbed and smashed to the ground and thrown away. The other men shivered and attacked the grabber.
Max gritted his teeth as he narrowly dodged a sword to his head, and the sword swinger was met with a fist to his face sending him skidding across the place. Another man threw a knife at Max but he caught it and threw it back which to his surprise the man dodged it too and launched series of punch attacks towards Max. He managed to dodge all but he was scratched lightly on the cheek then blood trickled. Max groaned weakily and the man walked towards him but before he could do anything, he was knocked out.
'Hey, I can do few things too', Luke said but Max fell.
The battle was fatal and involved casualties that were left in the end, but Xery's body wasn't found. Seeing this, the wolf let out a feral growl and shrunk back to his human form, breathing heavily.
'Did you think he escaped?, Gina asked.
'I don't know. But he's out of our way for now', Daryl said looking at his fingers now washed clean not bloody like it was few minutes ago.
'We should hurry to Dad', Luke said and they came together and left.

'You will be fine. You seem to trust them alot', Caitlin said.
'My brother is a hell of a strong wolf', Kado grinned and Grey smiled.
'You too, you seem relaxed', Caitlin noted. 'Am glad both of you are doing okay', she said.
'Maybe they are not that bad after all', Grey said looking over his window. 'He was a nice kid when I took him in. My wife loved him. He was great. But I didn't know in time he was a werewolf or that he even has you as a brother.'
Kado sighed and looked at Caitlin. 'What did you gave me?', he asked. Caitlin smiled 'I gave you something to ease your pain so I can burn out the poison in your body', she explained.
Then the others entered. They hugged each other and were very happy to see each other. Then the confrontation began. Sam also came in through the back door which got Caitlin suspicious of him hearing them the whole time. She threw him a -were-you-here-the-whole-time look and Sam just winked and smiled.
'Am so happy you are back', Grey said heartily.
'We are happy to see you healthy too.' Luke said looking at him. Thank you,' he said now looking at Thawn who just nodded as Caitlin attended to Max.
'But how didn't we know Max was a werewolf too?', Gina asked. 'And Daryl was a vampire....? she thought and it struck her. Daryl was missing and not with them right now, then she subsconciously touched the scar on her neck.
'Its a secret.' Sam said smiling but stopped when he saw her expression changed. 'A--are you okay?', he asked noticing that she seems to be in thought.
'No, am fine', she smiled back but Sam wasn't buying it all. Still there was nothing he could do than just think something is wrong somewhere.
They continued chatting and oblivious to them a dark portal opening somewhere very far.
