Trusting someone who betrayed you once wasn't something easy, and Cayron knew that too. He didn't expect Eden to forgive him at the beginning, and he was ready for that. But his worry was for nothing because, in the end, he still had a chance to befriend him once again.
Sure it won't be like before. Once something has changed, it could never come back like how it was. But that doesn't mean that they couldn't begin everything from scratch. It would take time for Eden to reach his level for both of them to go to dungeons, like when they were in the tutorial, but time wasn't something that they didn't have at the moment.
Cayron was quite high-level and had still room to progress, so his life would still be long. As for Eden, well, he would naturally live long as he would level up. And if we add the vampire aspect in that, he would surely outlive everyone on Hydrel.
