The sphere was something everyone who was taking the weapon-mastery class had seen, but no one really questioned its existence. After all, it was just a sphere, and even though it looked somewhat mystical, they just thought it was an internal feeling and nothing else.
Heck, it could just be their mind feeling tired and playing them some tricks.
So in the end, they just continued their lives as if nothing happened.
So it came as a shock when they learned what the sphere was hiding. However, they didn't understand one thing. Why had the academy hidden that and didn't told them from the beginning? They could have spared a lot of lives if they had told them that. Those who had died could have received something that could have saved them when they needed it.
