Chapter 1 - Prologue

An uncalled morning. My ears have being thwacked by the quiet and chirpy atmosphere poisoned by a non-foreign, far from being prosaic racket and commotion, hurting my cortex.

Even the thickest wall can't hold the noise for much longer.

My days have changed, but are interim changes. Once they flew from my fingers, I will experience the old days with a burned feeling.

The summer heat blends with the heat ejaculated by my skin, which frees me from the rest. The spine of mine creeks upon swaying my upper body to the left side in my direction, facing the window which connected me with the outside world.

The chair which was previously plied by me swings along with my movement imitating my gaze. Adjusting the glasses on my nose, I sip the condensed milk with added cocoa powder from the palm-sized mug.

From the stained glass, I can see everyone busy in making motion with buoyant and sweat-drooled faces. My eyes moistens a bit, maybe due to the vapors from the mug, making my eyes murky or maybe due to the feeling of leaving everything.

I want to go out but I can't make my mind about it.

Anyway, my mug is nearly replenished and I don't see any need of refill.

Taking the final gulp, I wipe my face with the sleeve of the sweatshirt on my body. I place the terracotta mug on the desk next to the chair and shoot my arm for a lid as a cover for the mug. For the final detail, I shoot my hand once again to close the big yellowish paged book, revealing its pale green covering with massive designing of gold-colored linen.

On the door, I duck to levitate my left shoe and proceed to wear it, accompanied by my right shoe. As I tie the laces, my alert brain orders my eyes to examine the room for the final time before leaving it on its own.

I have some work to do now, but start from where?

This question lingered through my brain and panicked me a bit.

The moment I stepped out of the last segment of the stairs I can only do one thing, look for the place where I belong.

I have work to do that have no idea about, since I skipped my previous days of classes and work, wearing out in my dorm room.

Adjusting the glasses again, I moved out of the stairs and faced the green field full of drones.
