Long ago, humanity lived a life of freedom and prosperity. Nations built great civilizations that thrive on the people's ideals and dreams, move freely without constraints, voice their own opinions with confidence, and can create their fate and future without someone dictating to them.

Until 300 years ago, a mysterious being calling himself a God declared war on humanity.

People gathered to fight for their freedom but one by one, they fell. Nation after nation has been destroyed and some sell their allies in favor of power. In one fell swoop, humanity fell to his trial.

Under his rule, he dictated that humanity is nothing but livestock to him and he will be the one who decides their fate and future. Those who have sided with him have been granted immortality and power and those who opposed him will be sentenced to death.

Humanity was robbed of their freedom that day, and they had no choice but to submit to their new King and God.

But something is amiss.

The King sought a man, one born with Fleur-de-lis on his left shoulder as his birthmark. He ordered his men to search around the world and bring the human alive but for around 300 years, his men presented the human....

Dead.

Each time the man with Fleur-de-lis dies, humanity is afraid of the King's wrath. Humans and immortals feared his anger every time the destined human died. And this cycle continued as years passed.
