Screams. The people were trapped in her dreams. Begging her to help them. She can't do anything as she was also trapped in her dreams. The misery she had felt didn't leave. Nails digging on her palm have sent a tingling feeling on her nerves. Blood was trickling from her forehead, she whines in pain, her head spinning. He was here, right here. She thought that now that he's here, her misery will end. Standing elegantly, swaying his bat, he was ready to hit her. Suddenly everything crashed into pieces.

Her alarm rang loudly as she gasps, widening her eyes, standing up, sweats on her whole body filled her up, breathing heavily. What a dream. She pants harder and harder, reaching for her phone on her bedside table, shaking, her hands were shaking momentarily, dialing her friend's number. She had no one to call other than her friend, Areum. "Calm down, It's just a bad dream," Jian said to herself, heart aching at the feeling of having trouble breathing. Areum wasn't answering her phone.

Everything felt so real like it was happening, the same place, and yet she felt like dying. Nothing can let her feel the pain that she had felt throughout the years. Her world falls apart as the year goes by. Was running away, worth it?

Jian cried, sitting at the corner, hugging her knees as she begged for it to leave. But it didn't, and never will. She was sitting at the corner for the past hour, crying. Interrupting her thoughts, the doorbell ranged. Jian sighs, standing up, forgetting that she was a mess "Yes?" She opened it gently, her nose was red, her eyes were puffy, her hair messed up and her lips are rather pale. Jaemin cleared his throat just a bit, eyes blinking looking rather nonplussed.

Tears were trickling from her eyes, she rubbed her eyes, as she cannot see the person in front of her. Jaemin didn't know what to do, to his surprise, he was now wrapping his arms around her. He closes the door gently with his foot, rubbing her hair, who started to cry even more. Don't ask. Jaemin did not question her, which she was glad. She wanna push him away, but his warmth had brought her so much comfort.

There was a lump on her throat that had trapped her voice. Heart thumping at such a pace scares her. Suddenly her visions had gone blurry, which made her hug him tighter. "Jaemin," she whispers, squinting her eyes. Jaemin hummed in response. "I can't breathe," she squints her eyes, as she now falls asleep. "Jian?" He shakes the young girl who had now gone to slumber.

You shouldn't feel this way. You're supposed to suffer. You deserve everything that had happened. There's no way out, you're a trap. He doesn't know. He shouldn't know. Don't ask him.

"Don't you think the flowers aren't as pretty as they were supposed to be?" Jian observes the flowers as she throws them, stomps them, watching the young man's expression as she spits on them. The young man started crying, as that was his favorite flower. "Why did you throw it?" He hiccupped, crouching down. "Flowers aren't pretty," She coldly stated, "Spiders were" to her surprise, the young man walked away.

Jian had woken up, head aching as she stands up. Not that dream again. She looks around her surroundings. What in the world am I doing here?

"I'm glad you're awake, your boyfriend is really worried, " the nurse said, smiling, pointing at the young man beside her who's sleeping soundly.

Jian scratches her head, nose scrunching as she went closer, poking his cheeks. Pretty lashes. Kissable lips. He's handsome.

"Are you done?" His eyes were closed, as he sighed.

Jian quickly moves away. "We should get going." she hurriedly said, standing up. Jaemin hummed, his head was still on his arms, yawning.

"You know, you should have left me there" she slurped on her noodles, looking directly at him. Jaemin shrugged, pulling the chopsticks' cover. The two eat silently, no one dared to speak until Jaemin's phone started ringing.

Jian nudged him, signaling him to answer the call. But he just turned it off. "I couldn't just leave you," he mumbled, Jian hummed in response. "Well then, thank you, Mr.Na," she smiled lightly. Jaemin nodded his head, putting his hand up, signaling her an 'okay' sign. Which made her cackle. "Oh and please don't call me, Mr. Na,"

The two were walking mindlessly after they had paid for the bill. "I fell asleep, I didn't faint," Jaemin acted shocked, nodding as if he didn't know. "Really?" He gasps, Jian nods momentarily, gazing at the sky. Jaemin chuckled lightly, "Hmm, I didn't know you fell asleep, and yet I sent you to the hospital, you gotta pay me," He said nudging her, complaining. Jian widens her eyes, mouth agape. Oh no. I knew it.

"I thought you said-" she tried to reason out, but he shook his head. "Come on, you need to treat me," He said pushing her lightly, signaling her. Her mouth was agape again, raising her hands "Okay, okay stop pushing me, I'll treat you." Ahh, he's childish.

"Is ice cream really what you want?" Jian asked. The two were standing at an ice cream stand. Jian had her pink purse in her hands, holding it tightly, avoiding pickpockets. "Yes!" he loudly said.

"Here is your vanilla and strawberry ice cream" Jaemin took his vanilla ice cream, excited, but when he looks at the strawberry ice cream, he gulped.

She was very excited to try it out, but halted, as she saw Jaemin giving her a weird look. "Ew," he muttered, giving it a weird look. "I like strawberry ice cream?" she asked responsibly.

"And I don't."
