Jester was given the name Arthur Harlequin while being granted the status of an Earl.
In terms of status among the nobility, the newly created Harlequin family was two ranks below the Duke nobility ranking.
Viscount was beneath it followed by Baron and some lesser nobility titles that were less important and were not considered as being real nobility.
While Jester or the newly named Arthur had been granted the ranking of nobility, it was neither too high nor too low.
It was right in the middle where the citizens would be satisfied that he would gain a reward that matched his merits.
He was also in the correct position where other nobles could not complain about the princess showing him favoritism and giving him too much beyond what he deserved.
Another change that took place was that the Mercy Kingdom would undergo many changes.
To facilitate for such changes, the kingdom would need something to symbolize a new start.
The Mercy Kingdom would no longer be known as the Mercy Kingdom and it would be known as Haven in the future.
The kingdom of Haven would be as the name suggested, it would become a haven for anyone that truly needed it and it would be such a place for its citizens.
Arthur was busy updating Alyssia on everything that had happened along with his plans. "I plan on staying here for some time. I now have a lot of responsibilities and many things to do."
He wanted to help Alice rebuild the kingdom while he had to deal with what came of his newly attained title.
Alyssia was still in Zou spending time with her family and assisting with various developments to better the lives of the Minks.
She was sitting in a relaxed state with a transponder snail that had several details similar to a jester. "I can trust that you will be using your new title to help assist with the plan?"
Arthur responded a moment later. "I plan to be the person who will be the bridge between Haven and the White Storm. I will actively take part in building the branch and managing it so you do not need to worry."
Alyssia let out a sigh of relief. 'I kinda figured everything out once I met Alice or Zero at that time... it was quite easy to put the clues together. I could have prevented their meeting but that would be me being too greedy to keep him by my side.
It has all seemed to work out for the best though so this is not such a bad result.'
With a new ruler and changes being made within Haven, it was quite beneficial for Alyssia and the White Storm.
Arthur staying in Haven was not as bad as she thought it would be and it would allow him to assist with the branch.
While she had not lost him to Alice, he would be preoccupied with some other things and would no longer be at her complete disposal.
She never wanted a loyal puppet and it was better for her people to have their own lives and priorities.
It worked out better than she could have imagined since she was able to deeply put a branch of the White Storm into Haven where its foundation would be built and Arthur would be there to ensure it would be successful.
There could be some interference from inside and outside in the future so it was a requirement that there would be someone trustworthy to look over it all.
Not all of the underworld things had been dealt with yet so there was still a lingering threat that existed.
It had been found out that there was an underworld boss who was behind everything.
They were primarily using Mercy Kingdom as one among many bases of operations where they had secret places of storage for all kinds of goods.
If someone needed anything stored away safely and secretly then a lot of it would be sent to one of their bases.
Alyssia had been staying in touch with Stussy passing her various pieces of information about everything that had taken place so the next phase of the plan would come into action very soon.
It would not even require her to step in if things proceeded smoothly.
One of the Emperors of the Underworld who was known as the Warehouseman or the Concealer, Giberson was someone who did all kinds of business involving the storage of all kinds of things whether legal or illegal.
While the events were not connected to him directly, they had been deeply connected to a subordinate of his.
That subordinate had been branching off doing their own business copying their boss's business model and keeping all of the profits for themselves.
As an Emperor of the Underworld, such a thing could not be allowed to happen without them getting a piece of the business too.
If their subordinates took such actions while concealing everything from their bosses then it could cause others to think it was okay for them to do so.
An example needed to be set to prevent it from happening all over and for others beneath Giberson to no longer think that they would challenge or compete with him in that line of business.
What was worse was how it was one of his subordinates who had been moving in secret and gathering power using various methods to do so.
If left alone for too long, such a person could become something that could strike at him to try to take over everything that he had.
Alyssia expected that the problem would be solved if Giberson came to know of such treachery within his followers.
