Chapter 467 - Revolutionary Army

Each person had their own views on the events that took place and one that seemed to make no moves or brought it up was Monkey D. Dragon.

His own father was defeated in combat and dethroned by a youngster but he did not display any emotion towards the news.

He simply read the news article calmly before placing it down.

He analysed what he knew about the White Storm and Alyssia Lucine but he could not find a reason strong enough to approach her.

Alyssia Lucine had become a topic of many and was in the spotlight of so many.

If there was one side that wanted to pull her down from her place then they wanted to either put them underneath themselves or to latch onto her side to make use of her.

It signalled growth for the White Storm but it also came with various trials to see if the White Storm could survive.

The Revolutionary Army was an influence that waited for the tides of war to shift in their favour as they helped to guide others towards liberating themselves from harsh treatment in their own homelands.

It required them to be low key if they were going to make a move in one place since there would be interference from other influences.

Alyssia Lucine may have seemed like someone worth approaching but Dragon was against the idea.

The White Storm had too much attention on it and it did not fit with the Revolutionary Army.

If the two got involved then it would only do harm to what Alyssia had built up.

As soon as someone asked him what he thought, he shook his head as if to let the matter rest.

He silently gazed off to the distance as if looking somewhere very far away so everyone else went back to what they were doing.

Dragon had heard a little about Alyssia from Kuma before he was made into a completed Pacifista but it was not enough to make him reconsider his decision.

He just had the hope that when the day came, Alyssia would not stand on the opposite side of what he was trying to achieve.

There was another incident that had begun to cause quite a stir which had caught his attention more.

There were several unknown causes for attacks within the West Blue that had continued to grow more organised.

The operation style was similar to the Revolutionary Army but it was far more aggressive and mainly targeted certain groups.

It seemed that a lot of the movements had to do with targeting criminal groups and anyone involved with human trafficking.

The attacks started off small in isolated locations until they started to gain more momentum.

Wherever a thunderstorm appeared, there was a sudden attack so many began to fear each time there was a sudden thunderstorm.

The leader of the group that freed the slaves was unknown and there was a large following behind them which kept growing as more slaves were given freedom.

It grew to the point where news started reaching the Grand Line and even Dragon had heard about it.

His four best people were currently stationed in each of the Blues so they were building up their own influence and power in preparation for the future so he would notice once another person started to appear in one of their territories.

Having another liberator was not an unwelcome thing but it did steal some opportunities to bolster the numbers of the Revolutionary Army.

Instead of thinking about going after Alyssia, he had set his sights on the person leading such a movement.

He did not know that the person he was wanting to find and form a relationship was one of the people that was under Alyssia.

The mysterious person was given several flashy titles related to thunder, storms and lightning but no real name or picture was ever found out.

It was said by witnesses that once thunder and lightning appeared, a large ship descended down from the skies and let loose all kinds of strange robotic winged creatures.

The army of robots seemed almost invincible since they seemed to repair themselves after being zapped by the electric energy from the mysterious figure.

Accompanying them was another figure that flew on a strange board that hovered in the air.

Each weapon used by them helped to remove groups that most in the West Blue had troubles with for a long time.

Even the weak slaves and crew members who were regulars on the flying ship were able to participate and able to contribute to the success of each mission thanks to the weapons they wielded to let them overcome enemies far more powerful than themselves.

Another alias given to Medea Belmonte who was behind it all had been that she had been compared to a deity who granted freedom to the weak and helpless people who suffered at the hands of others.

Each time they appeared, they fought hard and caused a lot of destruction before freeing those from their cruel fates then disappeared back into the clouds on their flying ship.

It was very attention drawing so many others were interested in tracking down such a person first various reasons.

One person in particular that had taken an interest in the rumoured abilities was Blackbeard but he had no way of identifying where Medea would show up next and he was already heavily injured from the battle with the MMA.
