Chapter 186 - Karate Island #32

As everyone was heading back to the ship, Alyssia continued her quick tour around Karate Island as she continued to soak up any skills that she could.

Whether it was a hidden master or many studying within a martial hall, they did not escape her detection and had their skills stolen.

As she was walking to the ship, someone blocked her way.

Killer stood in front of her with his arms crossed. "Are you leaving?"

Alyssia responded calmly as if not bothered about his interruption. "Yes, there is much for me to do and this place has already provided me with what I needed."

The martial arts, blade techniques, electromagnetic and mech based skills had been collected, a large amount of berries were made and the world would soon take more notice of the White Storm.

She had already accomplished everything she wanted from the trip so it was time to leave.

Killer sounded a little disgruntled. "Where will you go next?"

Alyssia patiently answered him. "Who knows where I will end up but if fate allows it I am sure we will meet again."

Killer's voice became more serious. "If I see you again I will not show you any mercy, expect to be challenged."

Alyssia responded as she passed him. "I welcome a challenge but do not expect me to lose to you anytime soon."

Her words were spoken in a tone that let him know how sure of herself she was and that she was not being arrogant.

There was already a big difference between them and it would only continue to grow.

As she was walking away, something came to mind as she stopped for a moment and said. "By the way, the competition had some individuals that have caused problems with illegal methods. I am sure they will be dealt with but if you happen to discover who was behind them.. can you do me a favour and cause them some problems? I am sure that someone like you would not remain here for too long so it would not be too much trouble for you. In exchange, I will give you a piece of advice."

Killer was silent for a moment before responding. "I can try look into it."

He was not too concerned about getting involved in the underworld matters and the crew would be leaving the island soon anyways so whatever he was asked to do would not affect them too much.

In fact, it would be beneficial to them as they would get a large amount of berries and goods that had built up from many illegal deals.

Alyssia walked away and left her parting words. "The seas are dangerous and countless hardships await should you leave. Your friend is loyal and cares for his friends which is good but that temper of his will bring much misfortune and bad reputation to you all. Maybe one day that quick temper may put you all in grave danger and suffering. So watch his back and be the calm and rational person within the group if you wish to survive."

One of Kid's biggest flaws was always his bad temper which was constantly displayed along with some of the inhumane actions he took after he or his friends were mocked or laughed at but he did have some similarities to Luffy and a rivalry between himself, Law and Luffy.

He would later lose an arm to Shanks, sink many of Big Mom's ships, form an alliance only to be betrayed and forced into slavery by Kaido while his crew were toyed with by Orochi.

Even if her warning fell on death ears, it may help Killer to get a little stronger and gain a little more control over his captain's actions even if the overall changes may be very small.

As Alyssia left and entered her ship, she began to make use of the new samples and went further into her research.

Along with her genetic research on Minks and various evolution methods for herself, she continued to collect many samples from animals, plants and various humans or races of all shapes and sizes.

She had reached a point in her research where she was slowly gaining more of an idea on which parts influence certain characteristics.

The more that she learned about it, the more she could grasp and create a genetic blueprint to create various lifeforms or even custom made humans.
