Kinsley didn't know how much time had passed. He only felt as if his entire being was being shaken awake by someone, making him dizzy and nauseous.
"Hey? Hey! Wake up! Oh my god! Is he sleeping?!" a piercing loud voice shot through his ears.
Kinsley frowned at the noise. He then groaned in displeasure and shook the annoying hand off of his shoulders.
After that, he turned his body to the other side and went back to his sleep. However, he didn't even get to sleep for that long when he suddenly remembered something important.
'Wait a second… sleep?' he inwardly asked.
In the next instant.
Kinsley opened his eyes wide and abruptly sat up. He was just about to scan his surroundings to look for his mother when he suddenly heard a shriek that almost sounded beside his ears.
"Ahh!!"
Kinsley's shoulders jumped in surprise. He covered his ears in pain and turned his head to the side. He directed a cold glare at the annoyingly loud person squatting beside him.
His sharp eyes seemingly say, "Why are you being so loud when a person just woke up?"
Thanks to this man, he now knew that he was back to reality and that he wasn't in that dream-like state any longer.
On the other hand,
"You! What in the world are you doing?! Sleeping in such a place... I thought you passed out or something! I almost had a heart attack because of you, you know?!" said a young man that looked in his 20's.
Apparently, the man remained oblivious to Kinsley's gaze that was filled with displeasure towards him.
Kinsley had no recollection of who the man was. The man looked plain and normal, like any person you would see on the street that you wouldn't pay any attention to.
He was confused and didn't know what the man's intentions were. However, when he recalled the man's words, he seemed to realize something and looked at the man, embarrassingly.
From his words, this man was just a passerby that was kind enough to show his concern towards him. When he thought of this, Kinsley's attitude towards the man immediately changed.
He no longer looked at him in disgruntlement and treated him with sincerity instead.
"That… I'm truly sorry for inconveniencing you, kind sir. I was just a bit tired and ended up sleeping in such a place…" he apologized.
As he was saying this, he couldn't help but glance at his surroundings and was instantly taken aback by the unfamiliar place. He was inside a huge and fancy lobby with so many people coming to and fro.
Furthermore, those people were all good-looking.
Kinsley fell in a daze, 'Are there some sort of gathering for good-looking people in this place? Why does it look like they're as common as cabbages here?'
He was shocked at this discovery but didn't think about it any further. Although he was given quite a shock just now, he didn't show it on the surface and was still smiling at the man in front of him apologetically.
The man frowned and doubtfully looked at him for a while before saying, "It's fine. It's fine. Just don't do it again since this isn't a place for people to sleep."
After saying that, he stared at Kinsley for a second time and only walked away after seeing that there weren't any problems with Kinsley anymore.
Kinsley heaved a sigh of relief and waved at the man goodbye. He then sat back down and silently examined the place he was in. 'Just where on earth is this place? I thought that I would wake up inside the hospital, but that seems to be not the case…?'
His thoughts then wandered to what his mother had said back then. 'If I remember correctly, mother should've said that she'd send me back, right? But send where? She didn't even say anything about this place…'
Kinsley felt a bit sad. It was unknown whether he felt sad about his current situation or was sad about his separation from his mother again.
A while later.
He shook his head and muttered, "Nevermind… it's a pity but since things had already come to this point, I could only explore this place bit by bit…"
Then, Kinsley started rummaging his pockets to search for his phone. But even after an entire minute had passed, he still couldn't find it in any of his pockets.
He couldn't help but frown, a bit confused where his phone had gone off to.
"Strange… where's my phone?" he asked himself then turned to look at his surroundings.
His body stiffened when he saw the time and date displayed on the huge clock placed atop the lobby.
[13:26 - Sun, May 28, 2017]
"W-What...? 2017? No way... is that clock faulty? It's clearly 2027 right now..." he muttered in a daze.
After that, he shook his head and hurriedly looked around him. When he found the direction leading to the restroom, he didn't hesitate any longer and ran in that direction.

The author has something to say(and ask):
I'm truly sorry for the super later chapter update! I was kind of unmotivated to write these past few days due to having no idea how to write this chapter. I just pushed myself to write this since it's been days already since I last published a chapter. (though, I think that I'm back to tracks now since I already passed this huge hurdle of a chapter...)
Anyway, I wanted to ask you guys for your opinions. This one is about my writing style, speed, and plot.
Do you guys want a messed up writing style(but the plot is still intact) but fast uploads OR nice(?) and flowing story but a much slower upload speed?
I could only ask you guys this since I don't have an editor to fix my errors here… and I'm quite a perfectionist myself so I wanted every chapter written according to my tastes at that time…
P.S. This chapter could be considered as the former and was written while I was out of it...
P.P.S. Thank you so much to d_reen, LIL_Banana_Jr(it's so nice to see you again!), Hhf_Fff for the ps votes!
P.P.P.S. I couldn't place this in author's thoughts since the character limit surpassed 1k characters...
