In the Inner World, at the Root tribe camp, Great Elder Geoffrey sensed the rippling waves of lifeblood energy emanating from the distant Prayer Temple. His brow furrowed in concern.
"This familiar energy... Is it Fang Heng?"
"What is that young man up to now?" an elder asked, looking towards the direction of the energy waves. "Great Elder, should we report this to Lord Shaluba?"
Geoffrey shifted his gaze to Shaluba, the demonic seed, who was currently focused on condensing a magic array. Shaluba sat at the center of a circle of tall black stone tablets, eyes closed, fully immersed in the magic array he was forming, completely unaware of the disturbances occurring outside.
"Lord Shaluba is engaged in the condensation of the magic array and should not be disturbed. Wait here until he awakens, and report immediately."
