The door slowly opened a crack, and Chu Xiaotu's head peeked in. Seeing that Su Weifeng had already fallen asleep, she quietly squeezed in and slowly walked to the bedside.
Su Weifeng's brow furrowed slightly. Could Chu Xiaotu mean him harm? That shouldn't be the case, he couldn't be misreading her. Chu Xiaotu's approach should have no ulterior motives.
He then felt Chu Xiaotu place something next to him, and then she quietly lay down beside him. Su Weifeng subconsciously opened his eyes, and the first thing he saw were Chu Xiaotu's blinking eyes, glitteringly gazing at him. Suddenly, her eyes widened, and her pupils shrank dramatically.
"Ah..." Chu Xiaotu screamed sharply, almost rolling off the bed.
Su Weifeng's quick reflexes pulled her back.

Su Weifeng let go of her, looking at Chu Xiaotu with a half-smile.
