Shen Jie's eyes suddenly widened as he sized up Lin Xuanxuan.
Lin Xuanxuan chuckled lightly, walked over to take Shen Jie's hand, and had him sit down at the edge of the bed. "Yeah, I actually went back to the head office today, but then something came up here last minute. I rushed back in the dark, and by the time I finished, it was too late, so I just went home to sleep."
Shen Jie patted his chest lightly and said, "You scared me to death. I thought it was Xuanxuan."
Lin Xuanxuan burst out laughing, "Auntie, you're thinking too much. Xuanxuan is my sister, and she gets along with Weifeng alright, but it's the affection between relatives. Even if someone had something going on with Weifeng, Xuanxuan would never."
