Like day time one could get solar energy, night time one could get moon energy, cold climate or weather one could get cold energy, hot weather, or in desert one could get hot energy, poisonous air one could get poison energy, etc.
In essence cultivation, one needs to cultivate 7 chakras. The root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra and crown chakra.

After establishing your 4 goals, you can complete root chakra and enter sacral chakra. After starting root chakra, one can manipulate cosmos energy with practice to form layers on their skin to protect themselves.
Sacral chakra has 6 drops of water and a silver crescent moon. You have to expand the 6 drops into 6 ponds then 6 lakes then 6 rivers then 6 seas then 6 oceans, to go to the next chakra one must get to at least the river sacral and make the 6 rivers touch the moon.
