Cally pov
Me and Olive both sat on the couch, I watch the big black rectangle and she watches on the smaller rectangle. She says that the big rectangle is called television while the small rectangle is called phone. I have seen her used that phone thingy, I assume it is for communicating. I don't have that much knowledge about this world but I kind of know what's a police, they're are like knights from my world though they don't seem to have royalty here. I wonder who leads them. Now that I think about it, it seems like I have been freeloading here, I must think of a way to help Olive.
"Umm Olive?"
She stopped using her phone and looked at me
"Yes Cally?"
"I think I'm freeloading and I kind of feel bad, so I want to help around the house"
"Oh, I mean I don't really actually mind you freeloading but if you really insist then sure. What do you want to do?"
I don't really have any experience on cleaning but maybe cooking. I once helped in the kitchen so maybe I'll do that.
"I think cooking, though I don't know how you guys cook here on earth but I am a quick learner"
The only type of cooking that I know of here on earth is microwaving, cause that is what I see Olive always do. I learned that it's called microwaving cause she have mentioned it once to me when I was posing as a cat.
"Yeah I am not really the best at cooking but I can maybe teach you the basics"

Olive teached me all the basics of cooking, they have a this object for cooking called stove. We didn't have stoves back in Oasis, here on earth seems to be more modern. So she teached me how to use a stove and other contraptions they have for cooking. It is quite easy and I understood right away. She even gave me a cook book, the alphabet and language here compared to Oasis is the same so I didn't have trouble reading and understanding.
Now I'm cooking pancakes, I haven't heard of this dish but it seems very easy to make.
While I was flipping the pancakes I felt my body starting to heat up. There was only one pancake left so I finished it and placed it on the plate with the rest of the pancakes.
"Olive I feel kind of unwell you go eat the pancakes I'm just gonna lay down for a bit" I told Olive as I make my way to the couch
"Oh yah sure, I'll leave you some okay"
"Yah ok"
I laid down on the couch and hoping this feeling would go away. Am I experiencing my heat, but I only have it every six months. Oh wait, before appearing here I had my heat a month before. I have probably been here on earth for around five months.
If you're maybe wondering what I am talking about. Back in my world, all supernaturals are classified as either Omega, Beta, and Alpha. I am actually an omega, I usually supress my heat with a substance called selsus back at Oasis. Selsus is like honey but is acquired through this plant that looks like pink flower.
It'll go away somehow, I'll just sleep it off. So I slept and let the darkness consumed me.
six months ago
Ugh these blasted maids, I don't like being here in the palace all day. I ran and hid in a room, I see that there is a small opening of the window so I shift into my cat form.
Thankfully I fit and escaped. Looking around making sure there are no guards or knights, I sneaked out and went to the nearby forest.
I love walking through the forest, it always relaxes me. I liked the feeling of the wind as it touches my body. I wish to one day just live a peaceful and simple life, I dislike being apart of royalty because being apart of it equals to being around with egotistical idiots. Many nobles always offering me to marry their alpha child, it's getting bothersome. Their alpha children was never my type, they are overly confident. I don't hate that they're confident but sometimes it gets a little too much, you know what it's not only sometimes, it's all the time.
I was lost in my thoughts that I fell on something that I stepped on. I wake up to see that I'm in a very odd place.
"Where am I?"
