Li Caiyi's heart skipped a beat. Especially when Dai Zhiqiang didn't try to hide his fondness for her in front of Director Shen. It was a bit embarrassing, but she was happy nonetheless.
Director Shen sighed, watching the two of them getting all flirty in front of him. He only wanted to tease them but accidentally made himself the third wheel. He massaged his throbbing temple.
"Alright. You guys can go talk or whatever. I will go first and confirm with the staff about what Ye Bing said."
"Director Shen! Thank you for your hard work today!" Li Caiyi bowed at him, but he only waved before walking away.
After he left, Dai Zhiqiang approached her. "Did that girl do something to you?"
"No. She just suddenly attacked me verbally out of nowhere, but not physically. I can handle her just fine."
"I know. But let me know if she does something to you. It seems like she hasn't given up yet."
