"Yes, she said she has started something bigger in Canada and she want to plant the same company here, so the only way she can run her family business is to partner her company with us, it took me hours to understand but it came out to me that I had no choice but to accept the promotion with her mother's approval, I'am now officially a CEO, but my promotion will be announced on Monday that is when we will be signing some papers."
"Wow, I'm happy for you, I promise this month end I'm coming so save that celebration until I come."
"Yes, anything for you and by the way how is your boyfriend."

"I thought he was going to kill you."

"He wanted to but he is never going to do that, 3 days ago, he wanted to beat me but I involved the police, so I guess he will be out tomorrow."
"Anastasia, anyway you seem to have run out of what to do next."

"My happiness is officially restored, its official, you are crazy."
"Mmmmh James and what makes you think you are normal?"
"I didn't say I that but you did."
"Oh I get it, you win."
We kept talking for 3 hours until we both had nothing to talk about,
"James!"
"Yes I am still here."
"Have you eaten?"
"No!"
"Same here, so eat then call me, has Amanda left?"
"I guess she left after not trying to disturb the call."
"Oh I get it, she is crazy that one"
"But I hear the sound of a television, let me check."
"Ok."
"Yes, she left, she just left the television on, and anyway what are you eating?"
"James, eat first, your family won't forgive me if I starve you to death."
"Ok, then later."
"Later," I ended the call and went straight to my kitchen, made a quick meal and filled my stomach.
Two weeks later, towards the month end, I was told that my new car was going to arrive later that day, I called David who seem to have learnt a lesson the time he was in jail, Shirah also had weekend plans, all because I told her about my weekend trip. At 2pm, a new corolla drove at my work place, and I got a text, "Package delivered"
"Shirah, Check out my brand new baby"
"Wow, she is beautiful, but this is not brand new, this is the same car, and check the number plate"
"I know, it's been a month since I felt that comfort, weekend here we come"
There was fan at work until we knocked off, Same time, James called, we talked that I didn't notice David in the house, after talking for an hour he stormed and hit me hard with his safety shoe, I fell down but quick enough to stand back on my feet.
"David what is wrong with you?" I asked
"Who is that loser are you talking to?" I then remembered James was still online
"He is not a loser if there is a loser, the loser here is you, if I fall in love with this guy would you blame me? You pathetic!"
"Listen woman, I can kill you if I want."
"You know what David, you are no match to a real man, you are a copy, have ever wondered why I don't have a little jealous even if you not seen for days, have you? it because you are a mess David, you are a monster, you almost got me killed and I thought you would stop tormenting but you getting worse, no girl in this entire world would ever want to be with a man like you, if someone said you smoke marijuana I wouldn't argue about that, you don't deserve to be loved, but I loved you"
"What do you mean you loved me?"

"Is it because of him?" there was an awkward silence after the question that is when I heard James voice seeking attention through the phone,
"Yes James," I said
"Sorry I couldn't cut the call, instead I pressed record in case of anything, and by the way can you put me on loud? And tell that your David to be close" He said and I did just that
"He is here"
"David"
"Yes what is it huh, are you like those Mr. nice guys who gets into other peoples relationships?" He rudely asked.
"In this case yes I am" James replied in a sarcastic way and I sensed he was angry too
"So what do you want? Why are you trying to take what's not yours? You have turned my girl into your hotline?"
"Look, I'm not trying to get Anastasia my guy but you are giving her to me you think I would say no? trust me I would rather be with her than watch you wreck her life, Even if you are a savage or what but you ain't stupid, look, If you can't handle it, let it fly, allow her to be free, if you love her."
