Chapter 1 - Prologue: Family

In this world the attributes make up life and death, each race is born with one of the nine attributes: Fire, Water, Earth, Nature, Air, Lightning, Darkness, Light and finally blood, which is the most feared by its great capacity to consume the lives of those who are victims.

Isaac, a child who has not yet awakened the attribute of blood, today is in a meeting with his parents at the academy of the clan of blood.

"Mr. and Mrs. Kent, as you can see, his son has not yet awakened the attribute, therefore I must stop the training because it is of no use."

Isaac's mother speaks.

"But there's still time, right?"

—At this point it's very difficult for the child to wake him up, I'm sorry.

The night turned cold, it rained with rays and sparks.

Isaac when he got home saw how his parents got drunk, knowing that it happened every time they decided to drink alcohol, Isaac hid from them in the hope that they would not find him.

Under his bed, waiting for his parents to go to sleep, he listened as they fought.

"We've been waiting for an attribute child for generations, and you give me that thing!"

"It's not my fault that child is not what we wanted!"

The man lunges at the woman, striking her across the face.

"You and that child is to blame for everything!"

Reeling from her intoxicated state, he climbs the stairs to lie on the bed, on the one hand, the woman continues to drink in the kitchen while she cries for everything that is happening.

After a while without hearing anything, Isaac comes out of hiding from him.

He sees her mother asleep from her, little by little he approaches her to put away the alcohol bottles, but one of her bottles falls off her, lifting it.

When that woman saw him, she remembered that her husband beat her for not giving birth to a child with an attribute of whom she was proud.

"You, if it weren't for you, he wouldn't have hit me!"

Getting up for, she could take a bottle.

"If only you didn't exist!"

Between screams and complaints, Isaac's mother hits him, the boy recoils before each blow until he is cornered.

He fearfully takes a broken bottle and points it in the direction of his mother.

Now, are you going to attack your mother? I who gave you life?" You owe me everything I have suffered for you!

Isaac yelled at his mother not to hit him anymore.

"Mommy, please no more, I'm so sorry!"

Really believing that everything is his fault, Isaac continued to apologize.

"That, apologize!"

Isaac, as if it were instinct when seeing that her mother tried to take him by the neck of her, hit her with her bottle, leaving a crack in the skull deadly enough.

The father got up because of all the noise coming from the kitchen, when he arrived he saw how Isaac tried to cover the wound that he had done to his mother.

Isaac turned around, looking at his father with teary eyes.

-Daddy...

The father, even more angry with the child, walks up to him and kicks him in the stomach.

"It's not enough for you to be a disappointment, now you kill your mother!"

Isaac writhing in pain as his father just watched.

"We've been waiting for years for a competent child to get us out of this filth we call 'home' but the only thing that shows up is you!

The father took the belt from him and kept hitting Isaac.

"If only you had been better!"

The constant blows of his father made him faint little by little.

The father looked at his feet, noticing that where before there was a pool of blood, this time there was nothing.

Isaac's pupils turned the color of blood, the father knowing what was about to happen tried to calm Isaac down.

—Isaac dear, I am your father, do nothing and drop that bottle.

A somewhat weak red aura surrounded Isaac and despite the words of his father, he did not hear anything attacking his father.

"Stop, monster!"

The cry of his father resounded throughout the house, the strength of the child was to be feared, causing him to fall.

Isaac started stabbing for minutes.

The boy came to himself, observing everything he just did, he could not stand and vomited, he got up and went out of the house.

The rain had stopped.

Staring at the moon, he sat in front of the door until dawn came.
