Kaden began wondering why Ashly was no longer having any regret over what she did to him and was completely accepting her nature of wanting to see him in pain but then he remembered what she had explained to him in her apartment.
Ashly told him that the less emotional energy she has the more she desires someone to be in pain and even more so when it involves Kaden's pain much to his displeasure.
Kaden then decided he wanted to test something out, "Hey Ashly have you been taking in that pain James is giving off?" He questioned as James was still yelling in pain while defending against Sky with his shield arm. It seems that she was unable to go invisible again at least for now and was now having a hard time breaking through his defense but blood was still coming out of James's arm which meant he would eventually bleed out if nothing changed.
