Xerneas days were far smoother than she expected when she kept 4 continental destroying Pokemons in her garden. 2 of which were incompatible, another like causing trouble, while the last one was overly arrogant.
The four together were as harmonious as herself within the forest, yet none of them should be left by themselves.
Groudon for example, right after birth began its journey of expanding land similar to Kyogre who was also born in Hoenn. It didn't even take the 2 half a day to encounter each other and started a battle in Sootopolis City.
Though Xerneas has managed to make the 2 coexist, she doesn't know how long that will last.
Hoopa had been with her since birth before escaping into a kingdom and stealing its gold. Hoopa's ability to teleport freely was a real pain to handle. It's not that she can't find him, but by the time she does, he would have already collapsed a kingdom's economy.
Humanity already has it bad enough, it doesn't need any more external causes to its destruction, not when they're doing it themselves.
Mew, similarly to the other 3 was born just recently, the child of Progenitor Mew and Eve. Surprising indeed when one considers Progenitor's Mew personality. Not long after Mew's birth, Progenitor Mew slaps a name onto him and left him (he needed milk), while Eve hadn't even bothered to watch the egg hatch.
Parents these days.
Luckily, she was already notified by Arceus that this would've happened and picked him up.
During the years she took care of them, the group of 4 had many battles to determine who was the strongest, with prideful Mew winning each time.
Unfortunately, its advantages were shedding day by day, especially after the 3 became Guardian Pokemons. From thereon each battle was a battlefield he nearly lost each time, before one day he lost, and not by just anyone but by Hoopa.
Hoopa being a troublemaker he was made sure to throw buckets of salt onto his wounds, and from thereon he hadn't won a battle against any of them.
This was a painful experience for him, if he couldn't beat them, how is he going to complete his goal?
However, there's nothing he can do about this. Uber abilities aren't accessible to him, and it would take a few years maybe even decades before he can make a satisfying ability.
It didn't take long before he request to leave this place, not out of depression, but simply because he cannot improve any further here.
Leaving here, he explored regions, continents, and planets in learning history and growing stronger even if slightly as time progresses. After centuries of exploring he decided to try something new, and become someone's Pokemon.
Over the years, Mew had stayed in her Garden, Xerneas was certain of one thing.
No matter how arrogant, heartless, and ambitious he may be, his love for this world far surpasses Arceus. His ambition can even be said to be caused by his love because he loves this world so much he felt it would be better if the world was in his hands.
Documentary by, Xerneas.
(A/N: Sometimes a backstory doesn't need to be exceptional. This is just a corrupted Pokemon using its own corrupted way for the greater good)

Suck on that for today!
Well, not just that you'll suck on, but at least relish on this taste.
Daniel after getting powered up by Arceus finally entered the Top 10 list.
10: Mewtwo, Daniel & Risa
Though he's far from being happy being tied with his brother and daughter, he's a Mew, usually, only Pokemons with base stats over 600 are on this list.
Right! Before I forget, as much as you all may hate Daniel, he can't die yet. He's one of the few reliable Pokemons that are keeping the world safe. Arceus doesn't count as he is a simp to his children a Hiruzen-like Pokemon, if he was more decisive, Giratina would've followed the rules he let out.
Maybe at end of this volume, you would hate Arceus just as much as Daniel.
