Chapter 332 - Clash Of Gods Part 8 - Surprises & Origin

Necrozma has lost reason and the current Eternatus lacks techniques to be a threat.

'Universe, remove System & Order Restriction,' Arceus commands.

With slight manipulation, he can have Necrozma target Eternatus and then use this short time to understand Summoning energy enough to send those Alternate Timeline Necrozmas back. That did allow Dialga and Palkia some space to clear out the rest while he finish off Necrozma and reseal Eternatus.

There's nothing left that can stop Arceus from winning.

That was until...

Space shooked as 3 Red Chains came forth each restricting the God trio and teleported them away from the battlefield faster than Arceus could react. The speed at which this occurred was quite surprising for Arceus as it meant Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf has intervene.

And like a dam breaking, everything from there spiraled out of control.

Those Alternate Timeline Necrozmas didn't dare get close not knowing how to counter the Insanity Plane and instead spread forth to intervene in the other battles.

The 2 humans stood still to communicate, giving Arceus a few seconds to plan ahead of them unknowingly.

Ouroboros had slipped past Cain and is now coming his way leaving Cain to try and delay the other Necrozmas.

"Kodama!" Cain shouts apparently having another card he kept hidden.

Regigigas had now defeated Zygarde forcing Zygarde to split apart to escape.

Surprisingly that Froslass was able to keep Shub in place. Shub's Younglings couldn't last long in the close to absolute zero temperature Froslass created, with Froslass speed she can manage to avoid most of Shub's attacks for now. It can be said, their fight won't end anytime soon.

'Universe?' Not getting an answer, Arceus knew something went on without knowing it and he already had an answer to this.

Mike. He's currently the only Pokemon who's not on the battlefield and can enter there.

It would also mean he realized he couldn't awaken Origin in this short time and decided to play a dangerous game.

'Omega, go and get rid of him,' Sending the message, Arceus could only hope he was not busy and could arrive in time.

Ouroboros rushes towards him, her tail swinging down attempting to bisect Arceus in 2. However, runes shone as a barrier appears in front of him deflecting the att...

Ouroboros' attack slipped through his barrier, giving Arceus little time to avoid the slash.

*swing*

Like that he lost his right leg, and quickly chooses to teleport out of harm's way. While sending forth Judgement Balls at Ouroboros.

Why wasn't Ouroboros affected while within this Insanity Domain?

Regardless, he has already won. He shouldn't give them a chance to surrender if they're acting like this.

The Soul Plate shone brighter than ever, and the radius around it spread.

Everyone here regardless of ally or foe will get affected. Ouroboros would be killed by their combined might.

And luckily, Kodama had arrived and recalled the Alternate Timeline Necrozmas making one less trouble to worry about.

"Hehe, let's start the fun!" That voice that sounded wasn't one Arceus wasn't familiar and with how it echoed around like it was everywhere at once caused Arceus to frown.

"System Call Border Thickness *20 Envelope Entity Arceus, Necrozma, Cain..." MISSINGNO commands.

Arceus' current situation is another reason why he didn't want a Sentient Spirit and not a Sapient Spirit as the Universe Spirit.

How MISSINGNO managed to take its place is theoretically impossible. It can take over things, that is something he's certain of, but MISSINGNO lacks the ability to possess something at that scale.

'It would need an item or device of some sort to enhanc...' Arceus quickly understand why. 'That human,'

The human Mike had tamed years back, was this why he brought him over?

Fighting the Universe is far from easy for Arceus, the difficulty is harder than Eternatus at its prime (mostly due to Eternatus lacking combat experience).

#Breakingneck Blitz#

Breaking out of the border around him, Arceus attempts to leave at once. It's impossible to fight the Pokemon Universe without even seeing its core, much less its soul.

Sadly, Eternatus wouldn't let him leave nor will the Pokemons around here either.

#Mega Punch#

Regigigas rushed through the air with his fist moving towards his face. Ouroboros appears right behind him once striking down with her tail. Finally, there were Shub's tentacles coming from below wanting to hold him in place.

"Who do you think your all are?" Arceus mocks, with no certainty the covering Earth still exists Arceus could only try something else. He'll sacrifice his Plat...

"Your father!" Mike mocks, standing above Arceus the Space-Time, Legend, and Soul Plate slowly destroying away with the destructive energy he has.

...

A couple of minutes aback.

This time was a lot longer for Mike within the System Origin Awakening Test.

Mike stood in an empty white room with only himself to keep him company for who knows how many years. This was the trial the System deem best suited for Mike to awaken his Origin.

As anyone could've expected, the two started off pretty friendly with each other, chatting away like best friends until 1 said crossed the other line. They aren't friends, just acquaintances so how could the other disrespect someone they cared about even if said in a joke?

This resulted in a heated battle with neither wanting to give up.

Their scenery changed numerous times, becoming the Pokemons they once were as they continued to battle.

Even now they both continued to battle.

"What the f*ck's your problem!"

"How dare you speak of Risa like that!"

"I only talked badly of the present her? We both know how stupid that version is,"

"You son of a b*tch!?"

If you had thought the one who spoke badly of Risa was the original, then you had thought right. This is why he couldn't understand why the fake was getting on so aggressively.

"Seriously, are so stupid that you can't tell that does not love what you feel!" Mike shouts receiving a Sucker Punch from the Rattata version of him. "I personally don't care if you move on or not, but I got a schedule, a schedule that shouldn't be wasted on a piece of sh*t like you,"

He doesn't know why, but he has been feeling as if everything is within his control. As if this was predestined to happen.

"Alright, alright, then I hope you don't mind me calling past Risa a b*tch!"

"You piece of sh*t!" Mike shouts.

"A piece of sh*t you are!"

They both were aware of how stupid and hypocritical their battles were. If they had sat down and talked with each other and become friends, they may have awakened Origin long ago.

However, he wouldn't be Mike if he could keep his calm when people talk about the things he cared about. Especially those he has no relationship with.

It didn't help that neither are willing to apologize. So, unless fate interferes it's unlikely for him to leave this place until the time limit ran out.

"Takes one to know one!"

Luckily, fate was on his side.

"Exactly a piece of sh*t,"

They had stopped fighting and began trash-talking the other. With each word coming out the other being the truth they can only counter by saying the truth as well.

Like that, they began to see themselves in a new light.

"I'm thinking too much," Mike said.

"Well, you're an idiot," other he said.

"I'm who I'm," Mike said.

"Still think you should tone it down a bit, you're one major jack*ss to those you don't care about and even to those you do... damn you're one big jack*ss huh,"

"I know what you are but what am I?"

"A jack*ss,"

"Yep, that's what we're,"

"You have no intention of fixing this, do you?"

"That's future me worries,"

*sigh*

"I really am the worst," That queued the disappearance of the other Mike and the end of the test.

[Congratulations on awakening Origin]

Origin may not cause any emotional changes to a Pokemon/Human, but this doesn't stop it from being the bringer of changes.

One may not always like what one sees about themselves.

Whether Mike is such a person is to be seen.

***

So, one more, I guess.

So Peak-Divines are the next Pokemons he has to pick from.

Among those, there are only 4 options.

Arceus

Necrozma

Mewtwo

Eternatus

Going by personality, Necrozma and Eternatus are best suited followed by Mewtwo.

Although there's an Arceus egg available, I did rather not have him waste this.
