On Fishman Island, everyone was cheering and celebrating after witnessing the scene where Luffy punched the Celestial Dragon, Charlos, in the face.
This despicable individual named Charlos was the same person who had tried to buy Caimie by offering half a billion beri, and now he had further earned the hatred of all the Fish-Men by shooting Hatchan, intending to make him a free slave.
Previously, before Luffy took decisive action, every Fish-Man and Mermaid had experienced immense sadness as they witnessed their fellow beings of the same race subjected to terrible insults. The manga had immersed them so deeply in the events that they empathized with Caimie and Hatchan, feeling exactly the emotions they were going through.
When Hatchan tearfully apologized to Nami once again, it moved everyone.
Though Hatchan had committed grave sins in the past, participating with Arlong in committing humanitarian crimes towards Cocoyashi village and the Conomi archipelago, his current appearance was strikingly different from the beginning of the story.
He had transformed into a completely changed person, deeply remorseful for what he had done to Nami. No matter what he did, he couldn't escape the burden of his guilt, even if Nami forgave him; he couldn't forgive himself, and his tears were proof of that.
While reading what Hatchan was saying in what seemed to be the moment of his death, King Neptune clenched his fist tightly, trying to stop his tears from flowing, but he couldn't hold back.
He wasn't the only one crying; Suzan and her daughter Shyarly, Tom and his disciples Franky and Iceburg, Kokoro, Fisher Tiger, Arlong, Jinbei, and all the Fish-Men in the art store were constantly moaning.
This scene wasn't surprising to Rob. Even though he had truly changed the fate of these men and women for the better, he couldn't erase their genetically inherited memories, the centuries of oppression and slavery they had endured for the past 800 years.
This was something impossible to do, and he wouldn't do it even if it was possible, because doing so would be no different from killing them all.
Eventually, King Neptune calmed down, and his face brightened as if he had been seriously ill before but had been completely cured after this emotional release. All the anguish and sadness in his heart had dissipated just by witnessing Luffy punching the Celestial Dragon on behalf of a member of their race.
"It's extremely refreshing... I've never felt such a pleasant sensation in my life," King Neptune whispered with a broad smile on his face.
"You're absolutely right, Your Majesty... we feel the same way too," his ministers nodded, sharing his smile.
"Your Majesty speaks the truth... I have never felt so rejuvenated. What Luffy did in this scene brought me immense comfort..."
This time, Suzan spoke, and her beautiful smile was enough to turn countries upside down, truly... She was a beautiful and mature mermaid, even Rob couldn't control himself when he saw her for the first time and had already decided to get her in any way possible.

"One Piece" Events:
—————————
After Luffy harshly struck the Celestial Dragon, Charlos, causing him to crash into the inner wall of the auction house and lose consciousness, a deafening silence fell over the place. Every single person opened their mouth wide, staring at the scene with eyes almost popping out in shock.
What Luffy did was truly beyond their imagination, something they never expected any sane person to do...
Trafalgar Law and Kidd both smiled after witnessing this, each for a different reason.
"Sorry, guys... I heard that if I hit that guy, they'll call in a Marine Admiral..." Luffy apologized to his crew at that moment because he was well aware that he had just caused trouble.
"Thanks to you sending him flying, I couldn't cut him myself…" Zoro still had the idea of slicing him in half.
"Hatchi! Hang in there!" Nami approached Hatchan to check on his condition.
"Nyuu~! What have you guys done…!?" Hatchan said in a low voice.
"... Well, it's Luffy, so there's no helping it!!" Nami replied with a helpless smile; Luffy was just being himself, consequences be fucked.
"Well then..." Sanji lit a cigarette, the smile on his face a clear sign of his great satisfaction in that moment.
"All right, we know what to do," said Franky.
"I think it must be somewhere backstage!! The key to Caimie's collar!!"
"I need to take care of Hatchi's injuries, so you guys take care of it!!" Chopper replied succinctly; that was what they had to do at that moment.
Caimie: "…"
"You guys…!!!" It was evident that Pappag was deeply moved, to the point that he couldn't hold back his tears.
"... Charlos!!" The Celestial Dragon, Rosward, clenched his teeth as he said his son's name.
"Brother Charlos!!! Even his father has never laid a hand on him!!!" The Celestial Dragon, Sharlia, couldn't control herself as she witnessed her older brother being brutally attacked before her eyes.
"Why, you!! How dare you commoners touch my son!!?" Rosward pulled out his gun and pointed it at Luffy in anger.
"We are the descendants of the creators of this world! Do you know what will happen because you attacked us!?"
"He angered a Tenryuubito!!!"
"AAAAHHH!!"
"Get outside!!!"
And so, the long-anticipated chaos began in the Sabaody Archipelago at the hands of the Strawhat Pirates.

Drum Kingdom:
"Zoro still wants to cut this celestial trash. Honestly, I'd love to see him do it," Roronoa Arashi said with a smile.
"I also want to see Zoro cut off the head of a celestial dragon. That would be fun! Hahaha!" Ushimaru laughed after making his remark.
"These scum really deserve to die! They claim to be descendants of the creators of the world... eternal damnation on them!"
Kureha couldn't control herself from cursing; her hatred for the Celestial Dragons was deeply ingrained from an early age.
"Deep in the corruption of this dark world, there is a sun that has not yet risen. Monkey D. Luffy, I look forward to seeing the day of your rise in this world. Undoubtedly, that day will be joyful," Hiriluk said, taking an extra sip of Sake after his statement.
"I'm looking forward to seeing Nami more. I wish I could treat her as it happened in the manga," Kureha said with a smile.
"Maybe this might happen in the future. Well, we have to see our beloved Chopper first haha."

Ohara:
At this moment, two of the most beautiful Store Goddesses of the island were hugging each other and shedding tears, occasionally smiling through their tears.
Bell-mère felt very saddened after hearing the words that Hatchan said to Nami when he was injured.
Otohime also shared the same emotions as everyone from the Fish-Men and Mermaids when Luffy punched the Celestial Dragon.
For the first time in her life, she felt such a refreshing feeling, and both human woman and mermaid embraced each other, expressing their true feelings.
Olvia, Gloriosa, Melona, and Matri observed this scene with a smile; undoubtedly, this day was very special.
"You two, come on, stop being so emotional and get back to work," a few minutes later Olvia urged them to resume their tasks.
...
East Blue, Syrup Town:
"All this has happened, and Usopp hasn't arrived yet?"
"Why all this delay? Come on, kid, your crew has already started fighting a battle."
"Oh, here he is! Wait... you're falling for the wrong person-"
Yasopp, Banshina, and Beck had their eyes widened after witnessing Usopp's amazing entrance.
A second Celestial Dragon has been struck again...
And the culprit this time isn't Luffy or Zoro... it's Usopp, their son.
