But at that moment, he knew that he was hopelessly defenseless should Primals disregard all costs and decide to go after him.
"You don't have to accept her offer if you're only looking to get a Primal to watch over you. I alone am sufficient for that purpose." Primal Alexander's voice appeared in his mind as though he was reading it like a book.
Elliot nodded at him gratefully.
If he had Primal Alexander's protection, then answering Primal Lilian's offer would be simpler. It would merely be a question of cost and benefit.
