His right hand shimmered a deep hue of violet and turned into a deadly looking dragon arm with beautiful but dangerous looking violet scales.
"Hehehe. Oops. But no matter. It's not as though I want to avoid this fight. I need a strong enemy to test out my new power! And I have the perfect move to deal with the two of you. Movement twenty! Good dogs don't block the road. Bad dogs are to be whipped!"
Elliot entered into the opening stance of the twentieth movement and transitioned smoothly into an aggressive wide slash that unleashed almost his full power right out the bat.
