"Good girls. Speaking of powering up, have you two taken a look at the Runes which I had given you to study? We need to be able to draw those Runes within our own bodies using our energies, if we want to have a chance of breaking through to the Emperor level." Elliot said.
"Oh, those strange figures? Yes we've actually spent hours every night studying them. They are… How do I say this…" Jennifer said…
"It's alright. As I said, they're extremely difficult. I can't draw even the simplest one properly too." Elliot sighed.
"You can't?" Jennifer asked him in surprise. "Strange."
