It wasn't long until Alice woke up, only to find herself on the floor surrounded by grass and a terrifyingly realistic child. A very, very, truly realistic one she spent five minutes talking to until some man appeared.
"Could you tell me one more time?" She asked trying to understand his story which was sadly the truth as she could see it all happening. Sure go ahead and not ask her permission to be taken afar with a stranger!
A taller male with bright orange hair in a messy fashion, and very light curled tips. His eyes were bright and quite gorgeous, and he wore a red uniform with checkered patterns across of it, sporting hearts. His undershirt was unbutton and showed his tattoo, as property of the red territory.
He had multiple piercings at his ears and mouth, and wore a small cap. It was definitely a commander's but perhaps not insanely high. She might of ranked him between five and nine. But that didn't mean his strength was weak though. Roles are assigned and probably not from strength but random from how people talk.
She could not tell his weakness nor find a core located anywhere no matter how hard she searched. Just what exactly was this man?
Allegedly she had been given a mission. While she was asleep no one could find a trace of the white queen and decided to send her out through a portal with no context.
The white rabbit was fine but confirmed that she did in fact encounter the white queen. Above that, she was immediately ordered to be sent to her country. However, the white rabbit disagreed but was forced to open the portal.
"Looks like he sent us to the border!" Her partner laughed hard as if their situation were a joke. Whichever person she was with they just never were concerned were they?
The white rabbit seemed to have a rebellious. Despite everyone disliking him he managed to hold his ground. Ace couldn't exactly cross with a body and was forced to stay at the outer edge of a forest in order to refrain from alerting border control.
Technically they were not in the right country curtesy of the white rabbit which she was almost relieved hearing. "Can we use magic on citizens?" Was one of the first things he asked and she had to spend the next ten minutes explaining why not.
He found it a bit unfair that he couldn't use it on citizens when she could, and her insisting that wasn't true, but they finally came to a truce. Only using their abilities under a necessary scenario.
"So… in order to cross the border can I use?" She put a finger to his lips and shook her head. She'd rather not have nightmares nor have a country's military after her.
They were currently stuck in a forest unable to pass but was it that bad? She actually much preferred their predicament than any time she spent with the others.
He sighed. "But it's not harming! You even believe she was real." He said in reference to the small child she thought was human.
He knew she talked to a puppet for minutes straight and said nothing. This was pure humiliation but at least she realized who gave her a puppet.
As they talked about how to avoid the border, Alice mainly talking him out of trying to skydive with no parachute, they heard the bushes crinkle. "Out." Her companion said and for the first time he looked serious and cool. Though, all that fumbled out was a boy with leaves in his hair. A regular human!
His skin was as pretty as snow and she could see birds follow him as he dusted his messy black hair. Looking up his bright hazel eyes stared at her's openly crying and whimpering a help.
She immediately ran to him and begun to question him. "Are you okay? Ace, could you get my bag?" She asked panicked for the young boy.
She was likely younger but he was thinner and smaller than her. Normally people of this stature only existed within her illness but ever since getting sent here she hasn't felt her vision distort a bit.
Huffing he looked like a newborn foal. "Sorry my lady but could you hide me?" He asked all of a sudden as her eyes widened.
First off that was bold and secondly why would he assume she could hide him? She doesn't have a house or a penny! Oh my goodness that man didn't even give her any gold before leaving them stranded.
"Hmmm let's turn him in so the border does us a favour." Her partner suggested only for her to violently shake a no with her head to the point she was dizzy.
It took five minutes but she soon realised. Snow White prince and the seven forest spirits.
She wanted to groan as this wasn't a part of the package. She already had Carneline to deal with and all the Carnelians problems.
He shed a few tears and begun hugging her and hid from Ace while pleading asking for rescue once more, "You won't get anything! I'll tell them you were my accomplice."
Woah dial it back there little boy you are no longer on the to help list if you're going to be threatening. "You really do have an ego." She mumbled remembering the novel.
Originally Lisabeth finds him in the forest living with seven spirits. He would give backhand compliments that even the mirror, quote to unquote, "He's as fair as snow but as annoying as you." In reference to the person who wanted him gone.
It's nearly amazing the forest spirits let him stay but none of them had conventional cooking methods and thought his was the best, he should of been a chef and not a brat she thought.
"I'm good at housework." He batted his eyes as she felt compelled to move far away before she catch a disease which makes her like him.
She thought for a bit with Ace before they finally concluded. This was her chance to teach her partner what being nice was but he seemed to have no interest in it and was disinterested as could be! Even more so than her at school an hour before lunch
"It's called a favour." She reminded with a smile despite wanting to throw him in an ocean as he huffed. Snow white would simply owe them.
He was their guide and could draw a map or something similar considering the fact he lived in the outskirts of town with many traders. Worse comes to worse they could wait a few days maybe years.
It would be nice to live in a small town far away while hiding him or maybe secretly living with seven others while she waits for him to be poisoned. Then kissed.
A ruthless princess with short brown hair and an eyepatch takes over the castle and forces out all her competition. She gets rid of those who stripped her title originally and wanders into the forest.
Stressed and annoyed she wanders deep where she finds him and pokes him with a sword but realised after he was actually sick and poisoned like the genius she was.
She proceeds to give him medical aid but he can't chew hence making her kiss him and he gets head over heels for her. He insists on marrying her and she tries to drive him off.
Eventually she relents and calls him a concubine as he lets it go to his head. It's a month long progress at least but they had time.
"As long as it doesn't take too long." He sighed and gave in watching her as she begun to tell them they'd simply go deeper.
They both looked at each other and had the same thought. She didn't know what she was doing. Did she want to anger whatever was in the forest?
The Ace shrugged and followed her leaving a baffled pretty bow who quickly followed her. He had to follow in suite quickly as the two were surprisingly fast compared to others all the people around him were purposely slow!
Whenever people saw him they'd call him adorable and a little boy and begin doting.
He felt a bit of anger but kept it in as he heard her talk to him about maybe finding a house. Just why weren't the nobles in love?
"If this were Carneline we wouldn't need a house." The orange said making him nearly vomit. That country was filled with wizards who harness powers beyond belief and were said to remain neutral due to their tyrant having a closed control for centuries and yet here he was asking the scariest individuals for help- and for some reason he felt like something bad would happen to him whether he was captured or not.
Huffing Ace yelled out "Are you sure, oi! Are you coming or not?" In reference to how much farther they were ahead only for the future prince to put on his bravest smile, he couldn't turn back.
