Poddie was so happy to be praised by Master Yang Zhang. Just like the rest of the pets, he wanted to be useful to his Master in all ways possible!

"Hmm? You want me to try the red pea bullet?"
"Pii!"
"Hmmm, I don't know what the red pea would do, but I think it would be even more destructive than the blue one. Because there are so few of them in your pea pod bag," Yang Zhang said. He rummaged the pea pod bag and picked a red pea bullet. "But it never hurt to try! Let's do this!"

Yang Zhang put the red pea bullet into the gauntlet's magazine and went deeper inside the forest with Poddie on his shoulder. He didn't want to shock his pets if his expectation was correct about this bead.
