"Katarang, join us! I know that you're hungry!" Yang Zhang said as he reached to grab Katarang's slippery hand, but Katarang dodged it.
"... Fine, no need to touch my hand."
Katarang jumped out of the water, and her mermaid tail turned into human legs again. She used her ability to dry herself and sat beside Yang Zhang.
She washed a stick and pierced the fish, and started roasting.
Katarang stared at the bonfire for a while, flipping the fish a few times before Yang Zhang asked, "So, where are you going after this?"
Katarang shrugged, "I'm just traveling around as usual. I don't have any specific destination."
She blew the roasted fish before taking a big bite of it. Yang Zhang watched Katarang, who seemed to have no worry while she was with him. It was different from their first meeting, where Katarang almost killed her.
"How about you?" Katarang asked. "Where are you going next?"
"Uh… I'm… finding some zombies," Yang Zhang replied.
