Chron stood before Zain, greeting him as if he were an old friend. The rest of the staff in the room were quite surprised to see that the two had already met, and seemed to be on friendly terms with one another.
"Perfect, you both already know each other. That should make cooperating much easier." Zephyr chimed in and gained the entire room's attention, calling them all to order. His eyes looked around the large room before finding a table that could seat everyone before moving towards it.
Everyone gathered around and took their own seat, and Zain found himself sitting next to Chron once again.
"So, what do you think our patrol route will be like? Should we stay shoulder to shoulder, or put some space between us when we walk around?" Chron began bombarding Zain with multiple questions as soon as they sat down, making sure to keep his voice to a whisper. An audible grunt left Zain as he suffered through it all.
