"I won't eat," she had said, and she truly didn't, even though her stomach was drumming from hunger. But still, no one could persuade her to take a bite of anything. She drank plenty of water, but after just a short while, she felt dizzy and her vision blurred. Despite this, she relied on her stubbornness and didn't give in to eating even a single mouthful.
