But her eyes weren't scanning around rapidly. All around was bare, nothing existed but snow. There wasn't anything better. If a wild animal showed up, how would they deal with it? Would it devour them?
"Li Jia, do you think there are wolves here?"
She asked in a timid voice, clearly on the verge of tears.
"You really are optimistic," Li Jia felt that this child was too naive. "If you want to see a wolf now, you should go to a zoo. Wolves are in uninhabited areas, do you think they would dare to come here if there was a wolf?"
Lin Yile chuckled and timidly hid her face in her coat. Suddenly, she looked up and noticed something in front of them.
"Yuxin, look, there's something," she quickly pointed to a big tree in the not-too-distant front.
When Tang Yuxin looked over, it was almost dawn, with snow all around rendering everything with a reflected glow. She held the lamp further ahead and, sure enough, saw something drifting in the wind on the snowfield before them.
