"Let's go," Tang Yuxin said, holding Little Bean in her arms as she headed out. "Auntie will steam an egg for you to eat when we get home."
"Okay," Little Bean cheerfully rubbed his little cheek against Tang Yuxin's shoulder, truly showing he was hungry.
Tang Yuxin finally smiled. She poked Little Bean's chubby cheek and carried him out. With such an unreliable little mom like Tang Sisi, Little Bean really was pitiful. Sisi had brought Little Bean back but hadn't thought to bring his bottle. Didn't she know her son would be hungry, or did she think her son could be full from the north wind?
The family nanny quickly went into the kitchen to steam an egg for Little Bean. It was done in less than ten minutes, finely chopped green onions sprinkled on top and a touch of sesame oil and a pinch of salt added.
Tang Yuxin fed Little Bean bite by bite. Little Bean opened his small mouth wide, non-stop.
"You're here."
Without turning around, Tang Yuxin already knew who had come.
